Indeed, the 5 USDT bonus balance cannot be used all in sports betting so it must be reduced a little, I tried to place a 4 USDT bet for parlay.

I have experienced such currency switch in other casinos and I think it is based on the design of the game and have nothing to do with the casino. I might be wrong but I have seen some casino games that uses specific points and mot the base currency you chose but they have a way of calculating and converting this to your base currency. For instance, the slot game Sanatorium Secrets by Pragmatic Play  uses an in-game currency that is whole number and equivalent to $0.02 per unit. So it is the game design tat has nothing to do with the casino.
