It's not clearly stated how much is required for the user to be KYC'd, my assumption is it could be a large amount of thousands of dollars, or it could be just a ToS formality to be mentioned there, as some other casinos also mention the same thing.

It is quite different from the way you are doing actually by giving away $5 for the first 50 user as a free bonus. A budget of $250 can help you get detailed informative reviews from few well experienced users in the gambling community. What you need is quality reviews not quantity.

Btw, I see many coming yo this thread just to claim the $5 bonus. Be careful with abusers using alts accounts. You can set some additional conditions like minimum rank to be Full member and getting a minimum of 10 earned merits during the last 120 days. It is always better to hire a manager for the mission.

Ok, since you are asking for it, then a 24/7 live support with real humans who can answers any questions of the users would be a nice addition. Right now what you guys are providing isn't really a live support, it's only a bunch of predetermined sets of questions or answers, and related articles. What if I had different questions? Unfortunately, I won't be able to ask them there.

As for the site itself, there might be room for improvements considering you are in beta. So you should consider running a bug bounty/review campaign along with the sig. It'll help you with improving the site and possibly fix any hidden exploits /bugs.

Assuming they have the budget, why not both signature and review campaign?  

It actually seems polished for a platform in beta. I've seen platforms launch in such state (like launch launch, not in beta haha) and they seem to be doing well. Signature campaign effect typically sets in noticeably after it has ran for a long time as well.
