Good question haha considering degen is such a popular slang term in crypto space. They did a good job choosing their brand and domain name—tis simple and catchy. I've seen other casinos with the term in question like degencity.com or dejen.com. But degen.com is probably the most expensive among them. I'd say, the price being on the higher end can be one of the reasons.

If the casino representative wants good, reliable feedback, then he or she should put up a rank requirement so as to avoid abuse of the system and process, except if they, as the casino, want to try their own platform mechanism in detecting multiple account cheaters on their platform who want to rip them off their money through bonuses and giveaways, and also winning. Then on these grounds, they can keep mute over the newbie accounts that suddenly register and apply for the giveaway otherwise, they should do something about it.
