Can you explain it in more detail? for example, what VIP level are you targeting here? On the Transfer page, they explain the benefits you can get and you should be able to use that as proof of the offer. I personally have submitted a VIP transfer since last June and until today it has not been processed they said there are many users in the queue so I have to wait and they will notify me via email/chat. Yeah at first I was a bit doubtful there was so much queue but when I look at the chat room almost all the users are with new VIP level starting from Gold to Platinum, I have taken a screenshot below so my perception is still 50:50 . Another reason may be that they don't have a special team for this transfer process yeah we can imagine how that works. Well it seems they have something need to resolve since if they look at the discussion in their thread many people are now paying attention with those accusation posted against them.

Those accusation is not good for them, so what's really matter now is on how they take action towards and try to solve those issue. If they show to their community that they are helping those individuals having issue with them. Fore sure people will appreciate those efforts they made.

But for them not to pay out on bets they’ve allowed you to place when you win with some lame excuse really takes the biscuit.

Since these issues are being raised here, it would be good if the representative on the forum took a more active role in dealing with them.

What we see in the chat rain that there are many users with higher level does not prove that they are coming from the VIP transfer process.
So it cant be used as an indicator that there is so much queue in the VIP transfer program.
Anyway, the official degen rep's account is already getting a negative trust so they need to take an action.
As what I can see the degen rep's account cant take any action as he might be not someone who is responsible to answer accusation so he needs to forward it to other person/team who is in charge for such a case.
