1. Ban appeals are only made in Meta and not in the Reputation Board. You already had
a thread requesting the account to be recovered, which was done. I think you should have opened a thread for a ban appeal after that. That, plus your second chances post, should have been enough. No need to open more threads regarding this. All you had to do was to continue bumping the other threads until whoever was concerned with unbanning your account would have noticed and maybe given you a second chance.
2. I don't want to be a thorn to your stay in the forum, but what you are currently doing might even reduce whatever chance you have left of your account getting unbanned. Since then, you have refused to take advice given to you by other forum members and continued to evade the ban, which is against the forum rules. If person who is supposed to unban you sees this, or perhaps they already did, it means that you are not a changed person (you do not know the forum rules) and therefore do not deserve a second chance

I made this thread as per instructions from the recovery email, I don't know who handles it but I guess its the admin.
The problem is that you have already made many posts in other threads and that means that you have been evading your ban for nearly 9 months.
According to forum rules, you can create a new account for your ban appeal, but you are not allowed to use your alt account(s) to post somewhere else.
That small detail right there might seem useless, but it could have been one of the reasons your ban appeal was ignored. You didn't even follow forum rules when trying to appeal for a second chance.

Moreover, my current account which I primarily used to post and check Wall Observer and also my ANN thread was shadow banned without any violation on my end.
I got the account unlocked after a month since the ban happened and mailing recovery.
You are so lucky that you are even still posting using this current account. It may be permanently banned for ban evasion. You are actually violating a far serious rule here.

Now my depth is showing -1 and name striken off which I believe was used for banned users or people having scam accusations.
This has nothing to do with the forum administration but rather the your custom trust settings.
