What we are about to do in DFW is this:
1. We just Won a Case Regarding $75,000 in Claimed Damage, on the Grounds that the State did not want to go to Trial, because of some Corruption involving like the Defendants from the Wooten v. Roach Cases.
2. We Won Serafine v. Crump in 2024, I Personally on the Phone suggested She do the “As-Applied” Challenge rather than a “On-its-Face” Challenge, like She was Planning. And She Won by doing what I said. We now have to go apply that to Cases that are going to then be like Stirring up a Whirlwind. I have also been Teaching all ACLU Type Texas Lawyers Orgs (and the ACLU is nothing but Anti-Trump Beggars now) Teaching them about Serafine v. Crump so they all understand.
3. We are going to be Filing a Dereliction Lawsuit about Arbitrary and Capricious APA Violations, and Worse. A RICO, with the DEA and Several Other Defendants.
