If you're not aware of the situation, then before you embarrass yourself, at least google what lies behind these formulations

I don't understand why you always need to be passive-aggressive with someone when they don't totally agree with your view.
City literally engaged in financial fraud by concluding fake advertising contracts with companies from Abu Dhabi and the UAE, thus Sheikh Mansour inflated City's capitalization. If money was being taken
out of the UK this way, everyone involved would go straight to jail, but the UK loves dirty money

Mancini's double salary is also a laughable example: at City, he earned 1.45 million a year, while as a consultant to Al-Jazira (also owned by Sheikh Mansour), he earned 1.75 million. With such tricks, City violated Financial Fair Play.
In fact, City is a dirty, fraudulent club whose antics are known to everyone, but for some reason they can’t be punished

All these things you mentioned were summed up into 5 categories. I mentioned four, yet you still say I am not aware of the situation.
1. Failure to provide accurate financial information (54 charges)
2. Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments (14 charges)
3. Failure to comply with UEFA's rules (5 charges):
4. Failure to cooperate with Premier League investigations (35 charges)
5. Breaching Profitability and Sustainability Rules (7 charges)
According to
Skysports I'm not even trying to defend City or anything, just stating that they haven't been found guilty yet. However it goes, City is already guilty in the eyes of public opinion.
It is normal for prosecutors to come up with bulky charges; it doesn't mean the defendant is guilty of all of them. It's a strategy plaintiffs use to throw the defendant off balance because they will be better prepared for 10 charges than they would be for 115 charges.
Meanwhile, a lot of top clubs, including clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United, have failed to comply with UEFA's rules before, and they were fined.
That is why I'm saying, the worst-case scenario is a point deduction, transfer ban and a fine. They won't be relegated as most people think.
You remember in 2020 UEFA gave them a twp years european football ban, they appealed and paid a fine of 10 million or thereabout.
City even took the EPL to court in 2024 pertaining to sponsorship deals linked to club owners, and they won the case. The court ruled that part of the law was unlawful and against the UK's competition law. This is part of the reason why the "115 charges" have been dragging on forever.
