When will Manchester City's 115 charges verdict be delivered?
As far as I know, the case for 115 charges of financial violations against Manchester City, is very closed, almost no media or journalists know about the official decision and trial decision in the case, there are several things that I know that have caused the case to experience delays.

For example, there are a lot of documents and evidence undergoing the examination process, so it takes quite a long time, so at this time it has not been officially announced, in this case the evidence is still being examined, I think if the documents and evidence are completed, maybe we will see a verdict announced for the Manchester City club.

Considering that this case has been dragging on for quite a long time, the reasons for the documents and evidence have not been fully examined and by considering several legal scenarios in the world of football and the impact on other clubs, especially in the Premier League standings, I am sure this case will end.
Quote
Never, all charges will be dropped on procedural grounds.

As I understand from the news, the investigation was completed a long time ago, the last 1.5 years were spent assessing the facts and reaching a verdict (damn clowning), and they still can’t do it.
I agree with igebotz that no matter the verdict, there will be an appeal and another couple of years of litigation. Maybe that's the whole point - to drag out the case for another couple of years and then simply close it due to the expiration of the statute of limitations (just like what happened with UEFA vs. City).

No precise or official date has yet been set for the final verdict in the Manchester City case, but reports indicate that the final decision could be issued within the next few months or weeks. Therefore, it could coincide with the end of the World Cup.

The harshest penalties could include expulsion from the Premier League or a massive points deduction of between 40 and 60 points, or perhaps they will be merely financial and procedural penalties such as fining the club large sums of money or obliging the club to pay compensation. Let's wait and see.
The world is waiting for news about the case. The final decision could be months away it will not happen during the FWC. It could after the FWC is over. Without a precise date Man City will carry on with their business as usual. Man City will pay fines without blinking but the harshest penalties could include City being removed from the PL or beginning the season with a points deductions.

It will be normal for them to leave to give verdict until after the World Cup to allow the parties involved to stay focused and to avoid the defendant involved saying it's an unfair judgment without giving much of time to defend themselves, and also to not cause a distraction while the World Cup competition is ongoing.

If it's to pay a compensation or fine, and maybe a point deduction on Manchester City, I think that would be fine on them, but removing them from the Premier League is something they wouldn't want to happen, as it will cause them a huge loss.
Man City's status should not be used against them or treated like a special case to help them get out of punishments. Man City should not be given special treatment. If City deserve a fine or have points taken away they must be punished. PL teams are waiting for the verdicts because they will shout complaints from loudspeakers if City have a great escape.

It’s ridiculous and the longer it drags on, the more it clouds the PL. They need to hurry up and get on with it, the charges aren’t going to just go away.

Hopefully they get relegated down multiple divisions and get a transfer ban. The punishment must be severe.

The league is already losing its "competitiiveness" and the PL wouldn't want to lose one of the teams still keeping the league from becoming another Laliga- there could be some harsh punishments + some heavy fines not relegation to ruin the club.

Relegation= ruining the club; even as a rival fan I wouldn't want that for any top club in the league.

What do you think?

Two things are likely to happen, it's either all charges are dropped, or they get a lighter punishment.
The City cartel has enough money to influence the English premier League, and I think they've succeeded in doing that over the years. Having 115 charges while failing to admit to anyone already tells a lot about them. Both Everton and Forest were punished for a single PSR breach. City has about 7 of that same breach, alongside the other 110 separate charges which is enough to drag any club to the mud, but it's obvious that they won't do that because there's never fairness in the game.

Not related, but the PGMOL is another association in English football that I'm sick of.

So the new season starts in a month, but there's no news about the verdict  Grin
Let me remind everyone that the investigation was completed long ago and closed hearings took place in December 2024. It turns out that all procedures have been carried out except for the last and most important one - the verdict. This topic has practically disappeared from the media landscape. Will it simply be "forgotten"? I understand that making a verdict means detonating a bomb (no matter what it is), but it is also impossible to endlessly not make any decision.

Well said, if things continue this way football might soon lose its respect, the favoritism is gradually becoming too much, no one should be placed ahead of others, no team should be given undue considerations, if a team have committed a crime that needs punishment they should be punished regardless of the team’s ranking, by so doing it will serve as a deterrent to other teams, but if FIFA continues giving undue considerations to some teams it will end up making people to start losing interest in football, other teams are watching at how this matter will be resolved.

Honestly it's kinda weird that investigations were concluded 3 years ago and still no final verdict so everyone could move on. If this was Chelsea the FA would have give verdict in less than a month ; they only know how to act when it's Chelsea but deaf ears when other club does the same thing.

Enzo Maresca was asked about it and I quote " I was here and it was the same words about this. In three years, it’s still the same”.

“Nothing has happened”.

“I don’t have any concerns personally”.

ref

At this point I think they're trolling the FA - the audacity is crazy.  Grin

The powerful can delay as long as they want and that is clearly shown here - it is clearly a game of expensive lawyers combined with an attempt to lobby those who should make the verdict. If in a specific case they get away with it or receive some senseless punishment, then that is a clear message that not everyone is the same before the laws.

I remember many years ago when the Italian league used to relegate top clubs to lower divisions, and in my opinion that is the only fair punishment if it is determined that a club has seriously violated the rules of the competition.

Honestly it's kinda weird that investigations were concluded 3 years ago and still no final verdict so everyone could move on. If this was Chelsea the FA would have give verdict in less than a month ; they only know how to act when it's Chelsea but deaf eat when other club does the same thing.

Enzo Maresca was asked about it and I quote " I was here and it was the same words about this. In three years, it’s still the same”.

“Nothing has happened”.

“I don’t have any concerns personally”.

ref

At this point I think they're trolling the FA - the audacity is crazy.  Grin
Manchester city owners are freaking wealthy and powerful, so that's one of the reason why I don't even think that the charges will go far. They could have easily influenced the English FA , maybe through lobbying. The noise around the case is reducing significantly,  I am even sure that a lot of fans have lost track on it. Manchester city has been one of the best team in this decade, infact the best,  I also think the FA will be considering that too, because that kind of charges deserve relegation. Relegating the best team in the league might cause a little bit or moderate financial loss to the FA. Instead,   the punishment I feel will be given is paying fine of £15-20M.

Small teams get punished with points deductions because UEFA want to keep big teams sweet like honey. Football teams must be treated on equal terms. Football will lose respect if the big teams keep getting elevated status like they are special cases. Undue considerations are not permitted in equal spaces.

As I understand from the news, the investigation was completed a long time ago, the last 1.5 years were spent assessing the facts and reaching a verdict (damn clowning), and they still can’t do it.
For now this indictment of Manchester City with the number of fouls they have is just like a drama that probably won't end because the Federation considers too much commercial than fairplay.

The difference in treatment is felt when there are other clubs whose levels are still below Manchester City as in a few seasons ago about the charges against Nottingham Forrest and Everton which were even resolved quickly without much drama in it but for Manchester City there is always a reason where verification of evidence is always a thing that comes to the surface.
Money will always be an attraction and the federation knows when there is a penalty of course with charges like this it is not possible that only a light sanction given will prevent them from getting more benefits especially if the sanction is forced relegation then maybe they will feel the impact too so Manchester City can still be free until now.

Nah, Chelsea got fined 10.5M, Academy transfer ban and one year senior transfer ban ( this was suspended for two years) for self reporting their past illegal third party financial dealings to the FA ( imagine what they got for self reporting something they could have left hidden probably forever) and that was nothing compared to what City was charged for..

115 charges is a lot, you can't just bribe it all to go away - the independent investigators can delay verdicts all they want, but no way is City getting away with it. A relegation punishment is plausible

I understand why people see it that way but i think it's better to wait for the final judgment, a case of this size is bound to take longer than the others and whatever the outcome is, it should be based on solid evidence rather than public pressure
I think the main difference is the scale and complexity of the allegations, everton and Nottingham forest's cases were much more straightforward, while manchester City can involves a lot of evidence to review whether people like it or not a thorough process is better than jumping to a verdict
The reason for the need for further review is always said by the federation in the last few seasons even I have heard this from 2 or 3 seasons ago but the results remain the same there is no change and with conditions like this I actually agree more with the vote given by the OP because this accusation is not merely a review but may just be left alone.

At the moment Manchester City still have considerable power especially for their resources even though the throne of their richest club has already been taken by Newcastle but their power towards financial improvements for the federation is so great now that the federation will think again when taking these allegations as serious and I'm not even too sure they responded to these allegations from the beginning of these allegations emerged.
