Why we must choose longterm investment over trading.

Their is no doubt, country is very hard at the moment and everybody is looking for a possible way of survival. So for this reason many new investors are now going into trading thinking that's is the fastest way of hitting it big of which their is a repercussion that they are not really considering before going into it.

Trading is one thing I can't even advice my worst enemy to go into it when I'm aware of how risky it is and how it's capable of draining someone in just a go. However, investing in bitcoin is based on personal decision and offcurse everyone has the right to choice of investment, but the longterm plan is way better and recommendable for those that are curious to know. Perhaps, we may be thinking of taking care of one or two expensive with some quick profits, but have we ever thought of losing everything we have laboured for by just a single trial? It's possible if you are thinking otherwise.

However, instead of thinking or stressing off over temporary gains that can only sustain us for the moment, why can't  we put more energy on securing a better future for ourself and that of our children, and this can only be possible base on our present decision of investing on a long run.

No buddy, you don't have to be describing trading as if it's a death sentence. Is trading risky?  Yes, but if you are skilled in it, you wouldn't always be at the losing end, especially when you know how to manage your risk.
Beginners are the ones that are always dealt with when trading, but if the person is dedicated by learning it through the right channel, it wouldn't look like a death sentence as you are making it looks like.

Even those who are considered to be pro traders would tell you that trading is risky, especially when you are still a newbie and hasn’t really understood the market very well. But the thing is that, it’s really not about the uncertainty or the risks associated with, because even investing in bitcoin comes with it’s own risks and uncertainties too, in fact every investment or business comes with risks and uncertainties and that’s why one must always prepare their mind for them. The reason why I’ll agree that investing is a lot more better than trading is because, in trading, one can easily become emotional, as this usually happens in the short term, thus increasing the chances of making emotional decisions, but investing, since it’s long term, doesn’t put you in that state more often, thus giving you the space to think about your next move whenever you get there.

You no need to pay person to teach you, them get YouTube channels way you fit learn the basics for free like how to draw support and resistance and so on. Long-term investment is good; trading is also for those who have experienced it and know the risk. I can't say I won't advise my worst enemy to go into it as if trading were all evil. What I can only do is warn and caution people I know about the danger and risk of trading if they must go into it.

Even though trading may be that risky to venture on, it is still not bad to venture on let us tell ourselves the truth.
There are good number of traders that are making it successful in the space despites the news that goes on about the possible risks.

The reality is that trading requires a high level of acknowledgement and it is not recommend able for the weak minded neither for newbies who may just suddenly develop interest for it simply because they could make quick profits out of it.

This is the main point that if you are skilled in trading and can handle risk then you will not always lose but I see some class of Nigerians who want to take multiple opportunities in a short time i.e. want to make huge amount of money from trading without gaining skill. It is not just about financial capability that determines chosen long term gain over short term, at first one must have that mindsets of the long term gain even when they don't have or have much to invest in the long term with a good mindset they can work towards it because to a certain point even those with good financial capability if their mindset are short they will never get involved for the long term, one thing that having a good financial capability does if you have a long term mindset is enabling you to have a higher position sizing, those struggling for survival might find it difficult to invest in the long term but that doesn't automatically make anyone with certain level of financial capability a straight ticket to long term.

The thing is it’s not bad to trade as a means to earn more money but the idea behind this are usually wrong. Those newbies you actually stated that do not have enough capital to invest into bitcoin actually do have little capital to lose to the market while trading this is because they pick trading as a means to double their capital faster than they think of in investing. They don’t lack money to invest because investment doesn’t needs one to actually have larger capital but they lack patient to actually allow their invest grow by holding for the few years.

Trading and investment are two different things so it’s up for everyone to decide which one they want to embark on. There are those who wants to make very quick profit In bitcoin and there are those who wants to build wealth through bitcoin. You are right trading is risky but if you know your way and your way and your knowledgeable in it,you can minimise your losses and maximise your profits. If you have the knowledge you can make steady profits through it but it is not advisable to depends on if for survival due to the risk involved. However, trading is profitable but its risky which is why long-term investment is better because you can mitigate your risk through regular DCAing and by holding over the long term you will be profitable.
