Not "all" of them, yes most of the politicians in the world, big or small nation, they are all corrupt. But not all of the nations are small and underdeveloped because of corruption. USA also has corrupt politicians, but they are doing fine, because they are a big country when it comes to economy. Whereas some small time African nation is also corrupt, maybe as much as USA, maybe even less, but not growing as big.
