Do gamblers become careless after a big win?

I’m sure many of you have experienced this. not just once, but several times. You make a big profit, but you don’t stop, and eventually you lose it all or most of it. And sometimes you stop when only a small portion of your profit remains.

I never left the casino after a good win, like an epic from slot. ANd whatever you said is the reality and we have to take control over our emotions to stop that. So I follow a strategy like after a big win then I will take risk with 10 or 20% of what I won at the maximum then I will withdraw the balance if I didn't get the expected result so this way I have a clear path of what should I do and atleast can make use of the remaining 80% of what I won on the worst day.

Most times, the reason for these recklessness in gambling, especially after a huge win is due to overconfidence in their skills, and also greed.
