Yes, it's possible to gamble for fun, now many people say that if that's the case then play on demo account for fun. First, we need to make sure that we only use money we can afford to lose. Losing is always frustrating even when we're playing for fun and have already accepted the possibility of losing our money. After all, nobody likes losing and another important thing is having good self control, so that whether we lose or win, we don't abandon our discipline. Personally, I still hope to win my bets but if I lose, I'll make sure to stay disciplined and maintain good self control.

Gamblers with these kind of behaviours are limit in numbers. A lot of gamblers gamble purposely to earn profits and not for fun, excitement or entertainment. But your points are understandable, they are still those who gamble purposely for fun, excitement and entertainment but they are very very limit in numbers. They are still those who gamble responsibly and never neglect their responsibilities, and prioritising the stability of his or her family, and ensure that they will not have any financial problems as a result of gambling.

It is indeed possible to gamble just for fun, and it probably depends on the individual gamblers. But most of the reality is that they are not really gambling for fun, instead they are gambling

I honestly think if I gamble for fun I'll be an addicted gambler. I don't gamble for fun at all, I gamble for the potential winning. But because I know there are potential loses, I don't gamble excessively.

I'm a conservative gambler. I gamble only when I feel there is a high chance of me winning. This attitude makes me hold my ground and not gamble always. But if I'm gambling for fun, then I'll have to set aside a specific amount for it, or maybe not. Cause when it gets more interesting you can no longer budget for it but rather, make sure you always participate in it.

Once you gain control of your gambling habit financially, that's when it becomes more fun. It seems to me that it is really possible to engage in gambling solely for the sake of pleasure, and this is not a myth, because not every gambler necessarily starts thinking about gambling, only as a way to earn money.

Theoretically it is possible. But the reality is different. Many people say that they gamble just  for fun. Even I say that. But isn't the goal of all of us to win ? We definitely want to test our luck and win  money.

I say that I gamble only for fun because, I have a weekly budget for gambling. And this amount is so  small compared to my monthly  income that even if I  lose the entire amount , it will not have much impact on my daily life. And if I win , I consider myself lucky.

I'm actually a bit unsure if someone can gamble purely for fun. I doubt anyone can act normal and smile when they lose. Furthermore, the lure of money is overwhelming, and it can overwhelm common sense and rational thinking, leading you to keep playing to win more.
Honestly, sometimes I don't realize I'm straying from my initial plan of having fun. I chase bigger wins when I'm on a winning streak, and I often realize it after I've already lost. I believe that gamblers who come for entertainment are a minority.
