Gambling is just entertainment, which is not true for most gamblers because many gamblers use gambling to earn money, while there are many gamblers who use gambling as entertainment. Maybe many people can say that gambling is entertainment verbally, but most people expect to earn money from gambling. No matter how much we say that we have accepted gambling as entertainment, but in our minds there is definitely a greed to earn money because if we lose, we suffer. If it was for entertainment, then we would not suffer, we would find joy in losing.
That's true, people only accept gambling for fun verbally, but talking about putting it into practice is something they find very difficult to make happen. No doubt, people gamble with the expectations of winning something along side but let it not be a die hard game that you will want to earn it by all cost because that is where the problem is. Because attempting to force gamble from it initial purpose of being for fun into your money making machine is absolutely a wrong idea that can gratually drive one into a doom he wasn't expecting. Perhaps, the cause of all of these are originated from greed, and until we realizes this fact and fix greed in our gambling life things wouldn't change for better.
Generally, most people are greedy in money. Some people are less greedy and some are more. We all have to work to earn money. It is not possible to earn money without hard work. But nowadays, gambling advertisements are made in such a way that people do not understand when they have chosen the path of gambling to earn money. Even if they start for fun, after a while, ordinary gamblers become more attracted by seeing the winnings of rich people. Then most gamblers get greedy and start gambling uncontrollably. Even when their bankroll is over, they do not stop and think about betting again and recovering the loss. As a result, they face big losses again. Greed is the main reason for the destruction of gamblers. If people can control themselves without being greedy, people will not be harmed by gambling that much in the long run.
