Hi everyone, hoping someone here can help or at least point me in the right direction.

Earlier today I deposited $800 into Duelbits. I was rushing to get a bet in on a UFC match and didn't pay enough attention, so instead of sending to the ERC20 address I sent it over BEP20. The deposit never showed up in my account, and the money is still sitting in a Duelbits wallet, just on the wrong network.

I'll be honest, this was completely my own mistake and I know that, which is part of why it stings so much. It's a bigger amount than I'd normally move and I've felt sick about it all day.

I already reached out to Duelbits live support but didn't really get anywhere, so now I'm a bit stuck on what to do next.

If anyone has been in this exact spot with Duelbits, I'd really appreciate hearing how it played out for you. Did support eventually come through, did it take a while, was there anyone specific worth reaching out to? Just trying to figure out if it's worth holding out hope or not.

Something similar happened last year, but it was resolved.

Duelbits refuse to recover funds sent by deposit on wrong network BEP20 - ERC20
@mv1986  helped me to resolve this "issue" and i got credited full amount today. Thank u so much.

Duelbits is a very good gambling site, but if the gambling site wants people not to complaining about this same issue, they should make those coins with the same addresses to have the same addresses for their customers, just like how it is in exchanges.

There doesn't seem to be any wiggle room with live support, and I am afraid if I reach out again I would get suspended or restricted from further live support since the answer seems to be consistent and final. Very unfortunate and sad but I am guessing this is the reality of it. Fatal mistake  Undecided

They can and should help you as almost every site i have played on will do in situations like these.
Sites like stake and 500casino may charge some fees as a % or flat fee towards network charges (faced both personally) but they will definitely help users recover funds.

You should definitely give email report a try so that this issue can be resolved on time, because I believe it's tier-1 support you made this complaint to and they are nothing more than the live chat support you did initially complain to.
When you send a mail to support@duelbits.com be explicit and formal and you can also try their discord or telegram or X channels to talk to top persons like Admin, Staff or moderate tags.

This may not get a fast response and that's why patience and persistence is mandatory with the possibility of you paying small fees to get this sorted.

Your funds aren't lost but on the BNB Chain inside a wallet that's owned by Duelbits, so have some faith of recovery and it will work in your favour.

Absolutely, what you have said is alright and the names you have mentioned can go a long way in helping OP to resolve this issue at hand currently. I believe their official announcement thread is active and their representative is also active as well so it would be very easier to handle it here for OP. OP can as well PM the representative here calling their attention to resolving the issue or OP PM the members here which you have mentioned because they too could help out as reputable members here on this platform. Usually wrong network address depositing from ERC20 network but using other network not really huge problem for exchange market deposit and you can get refund from them with paying few fees, but I don't have experienced with gambling platform will have the same regulation with exchange market refund back to your wallet after wrong network deposit chain?

You need to push not only from chat online but also forward them trough email how to get solution from your wrong deposit network chain, I hope you can get back your fund and Duelbit team can swap your USDT fund from BSC network to ERC network. You must remember many gambling casino most often using ERC20 chain network than BEP20 chain network.
