I agree with the first reply, learning should be a continuous process.  This way, we are able to keep up with the updates and progress of Bitcoin technology.  And I think the best way to learn them is by using the Bitcoin technology.  As they say, practical learning is way better than theoretical learning.  A hands-on can explain the process much better than just reading a handout.

None of the points you mentioned are directly related to Bitcoin itself, they are changes made around Bitcoin and the whole ecosystem and people need to learn about these changes and additions and they don't need to relearn about Bitcoin itself. So it would be better if you say that people should keep adding to their knowledge about Bitcoin and things related to it, because wallet security, regulations, potential scams, and all other things that you've mentioned are information that a person needs to have even if they have learned everything about Bitcoin either now or in the past.

The fact that they are changing around Bitcoin and the whole ecosystem means it is directly related to Bitcoin. To me relearning something usually mean the knowledge you had before was wrong or incomplete so you need to go back and understand it properly but i don’t think that applies to bitcoin.

Rather than "relearning" I prefer to call it learning and continuously updating your knowledge about Bitcoin. Since there are many things that have developed over time with Bitcoin, whether it is regulations, wallet features, etc.

Good job separating forking Bitcoin and staying updated with the evolution of Bitcoin. However, the basic concepts of Bitcoin  decentralization, scarcity, mining and peer-to-peer transactions  have not altered and so much of the early knowledge still holds true. The things that tend to shift is the factors that surround Bitcoin: laws and regulations, institutionalization, scaling solutions, security measures, and new technologies such as quantum computing.
