Is the phone number for registration mandatory or there is a way around it? For privacy I prefer to register with just email addresses on a casino which I find easier to manage for different casinos.

I also tried to create an account here but when I saw that phone number was required, I left without creating an account because from a privacy perspective, it is better not to use a personal phone number.

Will this casino remove the phone number during registration after so many suggestions have been made here? Honestly, we don't want to register for casinos to always enter a phone number because for me this is part of privacy, so just an email and my password is more than enough like other casinos.

I see some casinos have same registration information but it's optional like you can register your account with either a phone number or an email address. The phone number can be in account security and you can turn it on if you want or just ignore it.

With Rizzy, it's mandatory because registration requires both email address and a phone number but generally for privacy of users, I agree with suggestion to remove this mandatory information.

However, is this requirement related to the casino license and AML?

Strange if they do not disclose the wagering requirement of the bonus, it is like a trap if the wager requirement is disclosed once a player activate the bonus. It is fine if there is a way to cancel the bonus once player know the wagering requirement after activating the bonus but it will be much better if the wager requirement is disclosed so players know about it in advance just like in most other casinos. This is the first time I see a casino hide the wagering requirement of bonus.

Also, while I was trying to register at the casino, it asked me to enter my phone number. At this early stage, I don’t like to share my personal details, especially my phone number. Is there any way we can bypass that for now and still try the site?

No one would trust a promotion like this! Imagine, after depositing and unlocking, a message appears saying the wagering is x80 or whatever, let's say x100. It can't be! It's a terrible trap.
Unless, the wagering is somehow dependent on the amount you deposit, but that should also be clearly stated somewhere in the rules.

I try deposit some bucks to activated the bonus and when I contacted support, they told me that the free spins are usually sent only to selected players via email. What disappointed me is that once the bonus was activated, I couldn't cancel it anymore and my balance got mixed with the bonus balance  . According to support, if the bonus expires the entire balance could expire too since it's all treated as one balance now. So it's better to not play with bonus I guess and now I wait if it's true if my balance will be gone if the bonus expired, hope they will bring that feature soon so players able to cancel their bonus if they want to.

It wasn't a very good first impression or experience for me and it will definitely be my last time playing here unless they change the system.

Their bonus ToS and their general ToS doesn’t indicate the wagering requirements which should be disclosed already there if their intention is to be transparent.

I doubt there’s a miscommunication here or else the support will just redirect user to check on the bonus TOS for the details. I ask the support again and she gave the same response.

Normally, wagering requirements on welcome bonus is the most ridiculous among all type of bonuses.

In my estimation, one of the greatest benefits of bitcointalk forum to the casinos who do their signature campaign here is the honest feedback and reviews from the community. And on the flip side, one of the benefits that the members of this forum will get from the casinos is communication. The ability to respond to users questions in a courteous and timely manner. The phone number for registration is mandatory. If we don't fills, we can't continue the process, I tried to register without filling the phone number but it said Field Required.

We hope they remove the phone number during registration, I also not feels comfortable filling my phone number just for gambling. But I guess we can use disposable number which we can search on search engine.
