Thanks everyone for the engagement, questions, and honest feedback throughout this thread. We want to address everything properly in one place rather than have answers scattered across multiple posts (as this is the way o do it here - not one by one!).
On the "Rizz" name and the Trustpilot accusations
Zero affiliation with that other site. Different team, different ownership, different platform entirely. The name Rizzy comes from the term "rizz" which we thought was fun, memorable, and fit the brand vibe we were going for. The similarity is purely coincidental, "rizz" has been everywhere the last couple of years so it's not surprising multiple unrelated brands landed near it. We'd encourage anyone to verify our licensing and terms directly rather than assuming a name connection means anything more than that.
On what makes Rizzy worth trying
We're operated by Golden Ape Ltd under a gaming license from Anjouan, Comoros. On the games side you've got slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows, with originals and sports betting coming soon so the platform is actively growing. We're built crypto-first so deposits and withdrawals run through crypto wallets, generally faster than traditional banking. We also have a VIP program, ongoing promos, and the Bitcointalk-exclusive bonus for this community. Our honest advice to anyone regardless of where they play: start small, test a withdrawal before depositing bigger amounts, and read the bonus terms carefully. We'd rather earn trust over time than oversell on day one. On the wagering requirement not being shown upfront
The wagering requirement is visible on the collapsible tab when you click on the promo itself on your Promotions tab before you activate a bonus, so you can review it before committing. That said, the CS interaction where our support team couldn't clearly explain it on the spot is something we've flagged and aligned on internally. We will also note to have the requirements (wager, minimum deposit, max bonus, etc.) added on the front instead of through a collapsible. That was a fair call-out and we're fixing it.
On the 40x vs 35x wagering discrepancy
This caused confusion and we want to clear it up properly. The player who saw 40x landed on our standard welcome bonus, which is a straight 100% deposit match without free spins. The Bitcointalk-exclusive bonus, which includes the 100 free spins and carries a 35x wager, requires the code PLAY at signup. If you registered without that code and got the wrong bonus, please reach out to support, mention you're from Bitcointalk, and we'll fix it. We're also updating our ANN graphic right now to make the code more prominent so this doesn't keep happening. Sorry for the confusion on this one.
On not being able to cancel an active bonus
Understood, and this is a real flexibility gap we acknowledge. Once a bonus is activated, balances merge and there's currently no self-serve cancel option. If you're in this situation and want it resolved, contact support directly and they'll work it out with you. This feedback has been noted and is on our list for future feature releases after checking with our license's requirements.
On the phone number registration requirement
We hear the community on this and we respect your privacy concerns. The field is currently mandatory to proceed through signup, but you can enter a placeholder number. All OTPs, promos, and account communications go through email so a real phone number isn't functionally required for anything on the platform. As for removing the field entirely, we've taken note of the collective feedback here and will update the community once a decision has been made. We're not dismissing it.
On sorting the game library by date
Good suggestion, we've passed it along to the team. Being able to filter by newest releases is the kind of practical UX improvement that actually makes a difference and we appreciate you flagging it.
On rakeback
Just to clarify since there seems to be some confusion: rakeback is calculated from your wagering activity, it's a return based on how much you bet on the platform. It is not a lossback and is separate from your win or loss on any given session.
On the Telegram channel spam
Thanks for flagging this. We're on it and tightening moderation on the channel. A bot filter is being looked at to keep it clean going forward.
On the VIP medal design
Noted, and fair point. The VIP ranks and medals don't currently match the overall quality of the ANN design and that inconsistency is something we'll be addressing to keep things visually coherent across the board.
On the free spins for completing verification
We don't have a bonus tied specifically to full verification right now, but we're happy to send some free spins as a gesture. Just reach out to customer support with a screenshot of your post in this thread and they'll sort you out.
We're reading everything posted here and taking it seriously. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us build something the community can actually trust over time, not just on launch day.

It's very good to see your team reply and intention to resolves issues for users if they have such. It's not perfect but through your explanation with more details, users can understand more and better about your bonus. It's impressive that your team are ready to handle any user complaints and who needs support with their bonus cancel. On the phone number registration requirement

That seems to be good too but I am a little bit concerned about Placeholder number. In security, does it result in any risk for users in the future? With non existent email addresses, they might be created by someone in the future and might be for scanning possible accounts with that email address. I am not sure about any similar risk with placeholder numbers, but are you sure it is safe?

Welcome to the forum Rizzy, hope we get to see a long term relationship with Bitcointalk .. Enjoy your stay Is the phone number for registration mandatory or there is a way around it? For privacy I prefer to register with just email addresses on a casino which I find easier to manage for different casinos. - Jay -
Haven't opened the website yet.. but if phone number registration is mandatory, I fear some players who are privacy conscious will shy away.. maybe for crypto users they can cook up something that will allow us to play on the platform without the need to enter this kind of personal data.

I had the same concern TBH. In today's standard, a typical platform would allow their users to reset their password in the phone number connected. The good news is, OP confirmed phone numbers entered on site will not be used for anything like that, thus it should be safe as long as it stays that way. I suggested they remove it completely from registration since it seems to just be there for the sake of data collection. They might go for it or make it optional.

Very well written and everything well spelled out. I see that this is on the fourth page. My honest recommendation would be to pasted this on page one were you have reserved for two reasons. 1. you don't want this to get lost in the conversations and many people will start asking the same questions that has already been answered because they genuinely missed this. 2. you want this to be the second thing people see after the OP so that they are confident they are dealing with a reputable casino. These are my recommendations to the team.

Welcome to the forum. I hope it's not too late.
I just visited your site, and the UI looks really stunning. Although I did not register an account yet, I got to the sign-up page, but had to stop because of the phone number option. It's been a while since I saw a gambling platform ask for a phone number.
I think it would be better to make it optional, like just put it in the user's settings and let them set it if they feel the need to. I prefer using email rather than my phone number because it is more private than my mail.

Maybe it would be better to make the phone number field optional instead of mandatory. But if possible, removing it completely would be even better since a real phone number is not functionally required for anything on the platform. The reason is if someone enters a random number now, it could be a problem later if the platform ever asks for verification using that number. That situation might leave users feeling annoyed since the number they used was never valid from the start.

Base on the reply which we quoted here Rizzy hear their community and respect what they like also their privacy that's why they make it now mandatory. But maybe its best to take it out on registration so that there's no more confusion towards those field and people can proceed without worrying their privacy. Many people like to use dump gmail on casino registrations, since this is really better or good action to do for safety matters.

Thanks for the quote. I totally missed it. From their response, it is the same as saying that a phone number is optional during sign-up, so they should just make it so and avoid people from thinking that it is mandatory. This is also a good UX practice. Anyone who hasn't read their response will, at their first encounter, think that it has an important usage while in actuality it doesn't.

Great to see a new casino platform that listens and makes changes based on its actual users' feedback. This goes to show that you guys are serious about making your business stand out. The way I see it, with this response from your team and the current signature campaign running, you guys have now made multiple steps in ensuring that happens. Keep it up. BTW, while suggestions are being taken into account, might I also suggest a web3 login feature?

When a casino wants to give there best to their players, they would want to listen to the advise given to them and work on it in a way that is going to affect the expectations of their users positively. I also like the steps the Rizzy team has taken to upgrade and add features to their platform so that new players would see what will make them continuously playing bets on their platform.

Exactly and its good that they are active here, because with that they could implement those good changes that want to be done by their community. Having web3 feature? Well this is not bad suggestion at all and its up for the management if they would try to add this feature. Somehow there are gamblers out here love web3 because it offers convenience to them. But let's see what is the reaction of people towards that suggestion, since after all if many will suggest it the chances for this feature will be added is maybe high.
