When it comes to creating more wealth it was just pretty obvious Bitcoin is going to create more wealth and it's already evident and we can already see how the market move in the past years, compared that to real estate that is also doing a pretty good job it's still short from what you could made in Bitcoin if you invested early. Still for me Bitcoin and real estate was both a great asset but the possibility of creating more wealth doesn't mean it's a right answer, If you put everything on Bitcoin it's still doesn't guaranteed more wealth in the future not to mention you might make a wrong decision in the future as well.

Having Bitcoin is high risk and high reward, compared to real estate that is more on the middle it has a medium risk but a pretty stable investment or possible income. If im going to choose depending on my budget of like 10,000$ my obvious choice is going to be real estate, because it is the safer investment, the end game is always going to be the safer investment, but it usually cost more, So If I have enough money I would easily go for real estate, but still I would still a little percentage as always to Bitcoin or crypto since it's high risk, high reward.

It depends on what you are willing to afford, when you have a real state you can rent it out and make a passive income into this business and of course others wanted to have their ROI before making another form of investment. If you dont need a money for now and you are engaging with crypto you can do make an investment with bitcoin actually it's not all about hodling but also you can do other form here like staking, providing liquidity and more so its your option where you feel confident.

But me if I have a chance i do for a real state and make an investment of DCA with the use of renter payment and then I do invest with the bitcoin IF I dont care about the money much.

Real estate is more stable, but has slow growth. It is also an asset that has cash flow. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is market-driven. It has high growth potential and is volatile. To choose both is not bad. To choose one over the other is not bad too. Both can build wealth, but cash flow is king.

The volatility of Bitcoin is much higher compared to that of the real estate. Besides, there is liquidation in case of Bitcoin which isn't with real estate. Furthermore, Bitcoins are sold 24/7, without any holidays, which means it can be traded at anytime without going deep to find a buyer.
Moreover, Bitcoins can be sold faster when the desired profit has been gained because, unlike real estate, selling it takes time in order to establish the right price for our expectations. The earnings should also be adjusted with the costs of maintenance, and that is why I choose Bitcoins.

However, to be fair, the reason we choose Bitcoin is because of limited capital. In reality, not many of us have abundant financial resources to allocate across multiple different asset. I believe that anyone among us with stronger financial capacity would choose to diversify rather than focus on a single option

That's true. Bitcoins are a global asset while the real-estate we choose will still be a local form of investment which is subject to regulatory changes. Rental business was thriving before the housing market collapse. After the market collapse, all those rental profits are taken away by the authorities. Now, in order to make rental profits, we need to have multiple properties rented at the same time. We can't really gain good profits from one single property because most of the profits would go away in maintaining that property.

Also in a few countries, the price for real-estate is already blooming. It is not a piece of cake anymore to purchase a property in a densely populated area. We might find some properties available on lease which we can sublet but the profits would be on a minimum scale as compared to our investment in bitcoins.

There is no doubt that real estate scams exist. It seems crazy to throw away whole type of investment due to bad actors. There are scammers in all kinds of investments, and cryptocurrencies are no exception.

Price ups and downs, law uncertainty, and exchange hacks, you know what you are signing up for with Bitcoin. I agree on this as at some point you have to park your profits from bitcoin in other asset classes, and one of them can be real estate. It's not wise to keep money in stables once you cash out of bitcoin near the BTC bull market top. You should diversify your portfolio into real estate, Gold, metals, and maybe start a business. Then you will rebuy bitcoin in the bitcoin bear market to ride another rally to the top in the next bull run that comes after the halving year.

Thinking on past decade, Bitcoin was much more profitable than most real estate investments. However, thinking on the next decade, will Bitcoin be still more profitable than real estate? I keep in mind increasements in BTC price are getting lower each new cycle, so even though new ATHs are likely to happen, the difference between the current and next one tend to decrease. Bitcoin is still profitable, but at some point, I guess there won't be much difference between its profitablity compared to real estate investments.
