I don't know how the bear market correlate with scams as you said but i don't think it is true, shitcoins can enter the market at anytime and disappear within a short period of time, it doesn't have to happen during the bear season.

Somehow you are right because such times too expose projects that don't have real value but remember that at such times, even good projects with utility also go down drastically that you can also be confused whether they would rise again. However, I won't advise that buying new projects at bear season is good because they are not tested yet. To know a good project or coin, you should give it time to see how it reacts to bear season and if they survive, then they can be a choice or option for diversification and investment. It is better to invest in already existing coins that have been tested and proven, the top 10 coins in CMC at least but bitcoin is the best of them all.

You are correct but many people seem to misunderstand everything, i was reading through one forum lik that, and a thread was raised, the thread was talking about how Bitcoiners feel about the constant price drop, I saw many comments, some day they are regretting not selling when they are suppose to sell, different comments was made by different people, it was just few persons that said they are buying because their is no need for them to just stay idle when thein y are supposed to be buying Bitcoin in a lower price that they have waited for, bitcon investment is for those that understands that understand that everything is a process, we make move strategic moves when necessary to get rewarded in the future if we hodl for a hodl for a long term
