The ordinary citizens who are not working in the government parastatal are the most likely receivers of the Country or the World Inflation at all time. They stuff most in the time of inflation and that has caused them famine for them. Because things became unbearable for them to buy and at that time a what they needed is the food to survive but it is not available for them. Government economy policies are against them because the manufacturer, wholesalers and retailers have increased their prices to meet up the government policies. And the effects of malnutrition and diseases becomes common in the society.

I think you are right on what you said that the salary earners gets affected more when their is inflation in a country,  like you explained salaries are not reviewed immediately or may not even be reviewed during the inflation period and that affect those that depend on their salaries, because they still get the same salary, while inflation has caused an increase in prices of goods and services,  which reduces their purchasing power.

I am an ordinary person and pre-pandemic, the $30 of my grocery was already full. Right now, with the same amount, it's not even half and around just 1/4 of a big cart. That's one of the biggest effect of the inflation and add to that how the war of Iran/US/Israel impacted the entire globe. One more thing that is important aside from inflation, is that national economy doesn't grow because everyone stays behind. You staying behind is bad for you, but millions of people like you staying behind means that there is no recovery for the nation neither.

For a nation to grow, you need Elon Musk's, Jeff Bezos and so forth to bring in money at least, like so that you could do at least a bit of fine, and grow as a whole. You would still be poor, but at least government and nation would be taking money from other countries. That's the important bit. With or without inflation, poverty exists because poverty is about lack of skills, assets or any form of income flow. It has less to do with the value of our currency. You made a great point here mate, but I want you to know that everyone in the society feels the effect of inflation when it begins to bite, it may not be immediately to some people, but everyone will feel the effects sooner or later.
I don't think that all business person makes more money during inflation because their product or services cost will go up accordingly, when they are trying to restock, and if you have already sold off your products, you may need more money to restock your shop, if not you wouldn't be able to buy the same quantity you always get when trying to restock, so the condition of those business persons might be better than the salary earners, but that doesn't mean that they wouldn't feel the effect of the inflation.

This condition happening right now is really make an ordinary people living more hard. In essence, if inflation occurs coupled with poor financial management the impact can be very serious. Therefore, to combat inflation we must start with ourselves by working harder or finding a side job. Furthermore, expenses must be carefully calculated, prioritizing needs, reducing consumer debt and striving to increase skills and income.

So, don't immediately expect compensation from the government as this will make us dependent.
