I connected and configured the miner (or so I thought), but it will not connect to my 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network. Knowing me I messed up the network config, but now I cannot reconnect to the Terminus in any way. It is in a Connecting to network and rebooting loop.
I removed the SD card, powered on the miner. Removed power and reinstalled the SD card before powering back up. Same Connect/Reboot loop. Is there no way to do a hard reset on these devices?
I am still awaiting a reply from Gekkoscience on the matter. Thanks in advance.

Hey @DragonBites, Your miner may be stuck in a reboot loop, so it may not be possible to reset it directly from the device. However, Maybe the solution is actually inside your SD card.
You can try the following methods:
Editing the Wi-Fi configuration file: First, remove the SD card from the miner and connect it to your computer or laptop using a card reader. There should be a configuration file for Wi-Fi setup inside the SD card (usually in the boot directory) (e.g. wpa_supplicant.conf or a similar file). Open the file with Notepad and check and edit your correct Wi-Fi SSID and Password. Or you can delete the incorrect configuration file, so that it returns to the default AP (Access Point) mode.
Re-flashing the firmware : If editing the file still doesn't work, the easiest solution is to reflash the SD card. Download the original firmware image file (.img) for the Terminus A2X from GekkoScience's official source or support thread. Reflash the SD card using BalenaEtcher or Rufus software.
Once the flashing is complete, insert the card back into the miner and power it on. The device will boot up like new (Factory Reset) and you will be able to configure Wi-Fi again without any hassle.
Hope this solves your problem. If you have any issues, please update here!

Thanks that worked. Now I am getting a CGMiner Configuration issue. No sure what the issue is here. CGMiner Custom Command or Wallet Viewer. The A2X is not as intuitive as the Magic Minder BG02.

I figured Beginners & Help would be a good start. Anyway, in the Terminus A2X Smart Console I keep getting "Failed to Start CGMiner." I have tried the default and others including this one in the CGMiner Custom Command line: --gekko-terminus-detect --gekko-A2X-freq <600> --suggest-diff 32. Mining Pool is http://us-bch.2miners.com:7373 with my BCH wallet on Coinbase. Waller Viewer is set to my wallet (right?) Anyway, on the A2X Miner it shows "CGMiner Configuration Issue" and tells me to go back to the Smart Console to update settings and "Cannot continue." Just doing this as a hobby and thought I would try this miner for Bitcoin Cash. I had zero issues setting up my MagicMiner BG02 for Bitcoin.

Nothing should be needed for the custom command line. As I said, should only need pool and user info. I've never used the wallet viewer so don't know if that may be an issue.
Does it work when pointed at a BTC pool? Shouldn't make any difference but worth a try just to check. Drop a post in the discord link I gave and sidehack will pick up on it.

It connected and started fine when configured for Bitcoin. Just waiting to see if it starts hashing now.

Based in the information you posted above with your custom command line, it looks like you are having some error because you didn't remove the brackets. I mean, under this <600> remove this bracket and it is suppose to be like this --gekko-terminus-detect --gekko-A2X-freq 600 --suggest-diff 32 Also, about your pool, you are using the HTTP protocol, not a stratum. Would you mind using the stratum protocol? Based on what I know, 2miners has a Stratum protocol; it should work once you configure your miner properly. Ok, I check the site and here's there stratum URL: stratum+tcp://us-bch.2miners.com:7373 Take note this is a BCH config, and we are currently in the Bitcoin mining section. Moving to the altcoin section might give us more visibility to those who are mining with the same unit and coin.

Hey guys,
I placed an order for a Terminus A2X directly through GekkoScience back on July 27th. Support told me in mid-August that the batch was on backorder but should ship by the end of August.
It's September now and I haven't received a tracking number or any new updates. Has anyone else who ordered around late July or August had their batch ship out yet, or heard anything from Sidehack recently? Appreciate any insights!

It took about six weeks for mine to arrive
I have been using terminus a2 on parasite and have loved it. This past week, I decided to overclock. It worked but after about 72hours. Temp dropped from 60 to 20oC and I can no longer generate TH/s. - Did the hard reboot - Reconfig settings - reset to factory settings
I was trying to find the original firmware to re-flash.
Two questions: - Where can I find the download - IS there something else I should be doing to get this miner up are running again
thanks ahead of time

Does it use a power brick w/barrel connector or usb-c pd? If is a brick then try another power brick as it may be kaput from the overclock.

Great thought. Just tried 24V 6A and 24V 8A. Unit still starts up. I can connect to it update pools, change speed, etc. But it still cannot generate a TH/s.
I was hoping to re-flash the memory. I am a complete newb. So I don't know where to get the original img.
It may also be mechanical. Any other thoughts. Thanks ahead of time

Those links seem dead. I am just trying to access both of these links, or did the server have supported countries? Clicking them directly redirects me to my discord but not directly to Kano discord it shows nothing. Same to the 2nd Discord link. But this one from Kano works however, no channels for firmware or room for sharing the firmware. - https://kano.is/discord.html?k=20261019235847All firmware or IMG files for Terminus are in https://files.gekkoscience.com/ but only affiliate and authorized member can download files directly from gekkosciencce. I was hoping to re-flash the memory. I am a complete newb. So I don't know where to get the original img.
Have you tried to contact us support? https://www.gekkoscience.com/support/contact-us/It seems they no longer posting or sharing the firmware publicly.
