20 Months of Affiliate Income + 5,000+ TRX Still Unpaid Despite Official Assuran

I have been a loyal BC.Game member, supporter, and promoter for more than four years, bringing 600+ global referrals to the platform. Despite this, my 5,000+ TRX current balance and 20 months of affiliate income have been withheld for over 20 months, even after official assurances on X (Twitter).

I was accused of self-referrals, yet no evidence has been provided after 20 months. My account remains closed. Recently, several permanently blocked accounts from the Pakistani community were restored and their funds released, while those who helped promote and grow BC.Game were ignored.

Despite repeated attempts through email, Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Trustpilot, I have received nothing but copy-paste responses. My messages in the Telegram group were deleted, I was removed from the group, and I am now being ignored across nearly all social media platforms.

I am ready for any verification and am simply asking for my legitimate funds (5,000 TRX current balance) and my 20 months of affiliate income. Despite being a long-term member, supporter, and promoter, I am facing this treatment even after official assurances, which is deeply.

I don't know if you had a chance to read reviews and complaints about BC.game for the past several months, but truth be told, the BC.game you used to know is not anymore. These days their customer service is useless. It is said that the platform was bought by a new group of individuals who have been nothing but incompetent from the word go. It's no surprise that your issue hasn't been resolved for over 20 months. You have nothing to do but keep making noise about the issue until you get their attention.

However, since you have locked the old thread, it means you can continue on this thread for discussion and help.

I have replied on the old thread regarding raising concerns on mediators' platforms like AskGamblers and CasinoGuru. Have you done that? Do you have any links for that to see the result? Gambling platforms should comply with mediators and give a solution for this issue.  You have to try from all the sides, also write on their social media as well.

Anyone can raise concerns here but it's just for the sake of letting the community know of what happened to you. There are no guarantees of resolution about it. And if it's with bc.game, they're a good one before until the management started to act that they're no longer fine and not quick enough to answer addressed issues. It's sad that this had happened to you and you were a partner for a long time. I guess that ends the partnership there.

He locked the other thread and kept this one live. I think he preferred to stick with this one because it seems to get so much more attention than the other. However, he seems not to follow all the recommendations or is just feeling hopeless after waiting so long. In addition to bc.game being a confirmed selective scam, their official representative here in bitcointalk seems also to be selectively arrogant, as he doesn't contribute in all cases and just ignores most of them. Maybe he is busy watching World Cup matches.

With due respect, I humbly request you to kindly ask BC.Game to address this matter in a fair manner. The treatment being given to its promoters and supporters, including Cryptozam8 (UID: 3649647), is extremely disappointing. Despite official assurances, no action has been taken to this day.

I respectfully request the release of this user’s 5,000+ TRX and their affiliate earnings for the past 20 months. They were officially assured regarding verification and resolution, yet no implementation has taken place.

I give the highest priority to Bitcointalk because everything here is public and transparent. After losing hope from all other sources, I have come here with the expectation that I will receive justice and that my case will be heard in a fair and open manner.

It is also important for others to see how BC.Game treats its long-term members, promoters, and supporters, and what kind of behavior is being shown towards them.
