[BC.GAME] deposits not coming

The situation is quite simple: deposits worked properly for a very long time, regardless of the payment method (except for instances when their merchants couldn’t match the cards/account numbers, etc., for the transfer, which blocked subsequent deposits for 24–48 hours).

The last deposit I made at night wasn’t credited.
I then made another one—that one was credited.
I made a third one during the day—again, it wasn’t credited.

The first and second deposits used different merchants; I don’t really understand what the problem is.

I’ve attached all of this to the support ticket, but they’re not reviewing it very thoroughly or quickly; VIP support just brushes me off, saying that another team should be handling this.
Live Support does the same thing, telling me to wait “just a little longer”—but in reality, the problem isn’t getting resolved

Still nothing happening with tickets, stupid asf waiting for 350%~ for day per first deposit and about 12 hours for another deposit even i already profited 2k$ today with them, how long tickets usually take to responce on this site? bctokenbot is the only person that can really help you. Send them a message as they are the support for the casino here on the forum. The rest of us can just tag the casino if we think they are stealing players funds.

You might include all the info that a scam accusation requires as well. Screenshots of deposits, chat convos, etc.

Anyway, this isn't the first time bc.game had issue with crediting deposits, they had a huge issue with crediting deposits related to INR currency(you're not using INR are you?).

Just a little reminder that BC is selectively scammer players now. So as soon as you get your money in the account ( IF you do ) and did the 1x wager try to get it out asap and play somewhere else. BC is notoriously bad with fiat transactions anyway, why anybody would use this site for that really is beyond my understanding. If you really want to use fiat why not use one of the many fiat casinos/bookies?

This one is Rubble though, not Rupee, so this is rather an outlier from the past case.

We're about to secure a bridge, and I tried to push a case from last year. The player apparently did something way too unforgivable for them [well, he did that to me too, but I, apparently, am kinda soft-hearted] and that's the first crack and the begin of domino effect on me failing to secure a second... third attempt to be their bridge and solve their heaping cases.

Just in case though, OP, mind to share me your UID, I'll try to poke my ancient contact again... perhaps with something sharp this time.

You should have looked for updates about its reputation because issues might happen without someone noticing you. This is a known selective scam called bc.game with the worst support ever. I do really feel sorry to tell you that your chances to get your money back to your personal account (bank/wallet) are none to zero, considering how many unresolved cases there are. Maybe some mediators can help you get in contact with someone from official representatives, but this scam is no longer caring about building the good reputation like before. Did you succeed in withdrawing during your journey with bc.game? How many times?

I should probably clarify that I don’t make withdrawals in fiat.
I exchange RUB for crypto directly on the site and withdraw the crypto; it’s just that buying crypto with a card in Russia is quite a hassle because everyone requires KYC, which I’m not really keen on filling out, knowing that AML Tracker will obviously figure out where I’m planning to make deposits.

I’ve always used my own cryptocurrency to top up my account, or bought it and sent it to new wallets to top up bc.game.
There are no issues with withdrawing in fiat because I don’t use that option.
Lately, I’ve been making deposits more often—not just with cryptocurrency but also via card—and everything was going well; about 9 of the bank transfer transactions I made went through without a hitch, with a maximum wait time of 5–10 minutes.
To be honest—I checked the stats, and there were exactly 9 successful deposits in RUB.
It’s sad to hear that a casino as big as I thought it was—one that sponsors so many people and places, and if my memory serves me right, is even featured on many athletes’ jerseys—has such a terrible ticket system.

I just hope they'll credit those two deposits to my account—nothing more than that; I’m perfectly fine with this arrangement because I don’t really need the money returned to my bank account—starting with the fact that, in Russia, this usually involves 028391872938172 transfers of a few dozen to a few hundred rubles, which would automatically block my card, and ending with the fact that, in my head, I’ve already lost this money—I’ve even recouped it already
