In my country it's called Baba Ijebu. That machine is a lotto machine for printing tickets like the first poster said. I see it all around the places I go to because there is always a lotto stand within the areas. It has been so common these days that even small children can easily identify it. Someone has even brought it to my house for me to charge it. This is the most common kind of gambling for a lot of people in my State.

As you only need like a very economical gadget, basically anyone can afford it such that anyone can just buy and play the game. Of course, it is up to these people whether they will be serious on this or not. Some say that they can hit good money out of it, so why not? It may be like playing kids' game but if it is giving you good profits, then, all up to you to use this gadget. Just verify the gadget that you are using has the verification code on the machine. I believe you need to verify it as I don't know if fake gadgets will indeed give you the winnings in case you got one.

That machine appears to be a lotto machine, which I have seen around, and what I understand about it is that you are placing and picking numbers, which are being registered to their database based on the amount you stake. The result doesn't come out in an instant but later that day when the winning numbers are out; you can check and see if you won or not.

Yeah that's the name of the machine but is the most local gambling we have in our country because unlike sports gambling with agent that has a nice and good shop were they do there gambling business but this lotto there agent can open it anywhere without a shop, so they're mostly found on the road side and that's why op saw it on that kind of place but now lotto is not too common as it was before in my country because is difficult to win so actually sports has taken all the gambling customers they have. You are right the lotto game has the time there results are usually out and they also have different section of time to play in a day because if you miss one you can come back later when there new games are out.

This is called "Baba ijebu"  in Yoruba Nigeria. it's just a lottery game, I have even played it when I was in Lagos. This machine helps you to print the lottery numbers you predict to play. Let's say if you predict your wining number to be 10-15- 20 and another set of numbers again like 3-8-9, the machine will print your ticket with the exact numbers you predict and the ID number to prove you actually played it. When the results is out and the lucky numbers matches with that which you picked, you have won and you will be paid base on the amount you places the bet. But I don't know how they calculate it but 3/3 wining payout can not be thesame as 2/3 wining. But bear it in mind that the machine has no special skill but only to print the lottery numbers you chose.

Good day all, so I was at the vocanizer for wheel balancing today, and I noticed there is a local betting shop near me, Babaejebu that is the name of the local fiat casino that operates this Gambling business, the business os licence here in my country, but what surprised me was the machine used in playing the game, I saw some gamblers checking a board to pick number I don't know if that is a dice machine, bit the operator wasn't giving me attention since I am not a player and I asked him repeatedly what type of machine is that if it a dice machine or slots machine since he inserted a card into the machine after powering it.
