I have uploaded the images to TalkImg and already reviewed them.

I think what happened is either a technical issue with the platform or it may have been done intentionally to avoid acknowledging the win.

I also checked their official announcement on the forum, their last update was on June 05, 2026, but their representative was last active on the forum two days ago, on June 23, 2026.






I also found that @CoffeeSipper64 mentioned in post #9 that they limit winners’ chances and cancel winning bets arbitrarily based on their own discretion.

They have previously admitted that they suffered a compromise on their website last year, and from what I read, it seems they did not compensate anyone and only acknowledged the incident.

And yes, unfortunately last year we did experience a compromise on our website, as many platforms have to deal with at some point. Our team handled it professionally and minimized the negative impact. Over the last year, we have improved both the security and the player experience during our overall upgrade of Bookmaker.xyz
