bookmaker.xyz incorrectly calculates sports bets

I have uploaded the images to TalkImg and already reviewed them.

I think what happened is either a technical issue with the platform or it may have been done intentionally to avoid acknowledging the win.

I also checked their official announcement on the forum, their last update was on June 05, 2026, but their representative was last active on the forum two days ago, on June 23, 2026.






I also found that @CoffeeSipper64 mentioned in post #9 that they limit winners’ chances and cancel winning bets arbitrarily based on their own discretion.

They have previously admitted that they suffered a compromise on their website last year, and from what I read, it seems they did not compensate anyone and only acknowledged the incident.

And yes, unfortunately last year we did experience a compromise on our website, as many platforms have to deal with at some point. Yeah since your bet clearly was live it is very strange what they are trying to tell you in the support chat. Also I don't really get this league tbh, how can one game be at 20:50 and then next one with the same teams at 21:30? How short are these games??
On the other hand, the odds would support the game support mentioned. Since Sparta won the first quarter 3:1 here is no chance you could have gotten odds of 10x to win.

Also, Gornyak was listed as "home team" in your bet while in the other game, that Spartak won, they have been the away team.
So seems like it actually makes sense.

Many bookmakers often swap teams, either intentionally or because the provider is providing them with errors. The fact is that the game was live, and I bet on what turned out to be the winning choice, so blaming me for anything is pointless; I simply chose a value outcome.

anyway if they screwed up they can give me a refund of the bets, but they did it fraudulently, they just took the results of the next game and gave me a loss.
