2.The people, who think that Bitcoin is a ticket to unprecedented wealth and expect the the BTC price to go 10x or 100x after a year or two.
Both groups have unrealistic expectations. The first group is afraid of price drops and volatility and the second group is just too greedy and impatient. Most of the people in the second group are moving away from Bitcoin and are going into "the next shiny object", like pump-and-dump memecoins promising them 50x price growth and any other BS like this one.

But that does not mean that you are not allowed to invest, of course everyone is free to invest no matter how volatile and risky the investment is. I guess we can relate right now because if we tried to check the price of the bitcoin is just now sitting at the 60k price or even touches the 58k so right now what people now building and prevent themselves to buy bitcoin is fear, they dont want to make an entry in the market even though its now on the lowest price they will expect for more that there is a chance it will goes dip but of course we have just an analysis with the help of TA to check the probability of the outcome of the market.
