Bitcoin prices have remained stable for quite long time now. So, those who were looking for extreme gains in short time are getting bored now.
Bitcoin have also stayed unstable, considering how volatile bitcoin is I would consider bitcoin to be unstable cryptocurrency, we know coins that are stable, USDT and USDC, and so more, so this are cryptocurrencies that we can say are stable coins and not Bitcoin.

There are always going to be individuals who are mostly interested in short term profits, because that is something that they’re used to, I have been buying and stacking bitcoin for a long term, we would never take away the fact that people will always be short term investors I don’t like calling them investors.

I didn't lose interest, my government banned it. But I agree with the rest, most of the people are here for quick profits.

As your government banned Bitcoin, how do you do with what you accumulated before the ban. Did you sell it, or did you abandon it? Some countries' governments and the banning of bitcoin is not always straightforward, you can still use it to some extent, and yes, I'm also among those who, is profit is not possible, I might not consider bitcoin as an asset.

Why abandon?  When he can just hold it until his government remove the ban.  This is also a good thing for him because he can't sell his BTC legally, he can just hodl it and we all know Bitcoin price goes up every cycle, thus he has a bigger chance of getting a higher profit when his government lifted the ban.

Some countries' governments and the banning of bitcoin is not always straightforward, you can still use it to some extent, and yes, I'm also among those who, is profit is not possible, I might not consider bitcoin as an asset.

How can you say that profit in Bitcoin is not possible?  Have you sold your BTC at a loss?  Your statement that profit in Bitcoin is not possible if you have already sold your BTC at a loss.

We can add as many points as we can, but I really admire your efforts. Still, if we think about it for a second, the list boils down to only one thing, which is people treating BTC like a lottery ticket, not an investment.

Then they act surprised when it does not behave like one haha.

To be honest, I did not need 10 reasons to hold it because when I came to know about BTC that made people a hell of a lot of money, and how they made money and what the cycle in BTC is like, such as the halving, I knew this was something undervalued. In 2022 the metaverse projects were giving me ideas that BTC was going to be the universal coin used in them, which it did, but they vanished and it stayed haha.

Honestly government banning bitcoin could be a major reason why most people lost interest in building their investment portfolio. Then again, most citizens are scared of participating in bitcoin involvement all because their government hasn’t approved the use of bitcoin officially, anyways most governments don’t impose strict regulations on bitcoin but those government that do actually discourage their citizens from participating in bitcoin. If you’re here for quick profit then bitcoin investment isn’t the right asset that suit that expectation because bitcoin isn’t a get quick rich scheme.Although everyone have their opinion and view about losing interest in bitcoin, but these ones I elaborated are basically the most common reasons why individual lose interest on bitcoin quickly.

Regulations or bans by the government usually deter individuals to commence holding Bitcoin as an asset. This investment however needs peace of mind and long term view in order to prosper. It should be understood that the road to big profits is not easy. Give attention to long term objectives so that maximum outcomes can be obtained.

The “Bitcoin does not offer anything” mob will always, and I mean ALWAYS, travel the same story whenever Bitcoin reaches new highs, crashes and declare it as scam. It was not bitcoin problem, it was problem with not enough preparation before bitcoin investing. Education in between the investment no one wants to hear, as it is slower than buy and hope.
They will always say the same thing especially when the price of Bitcoin continues to fall, even giving the argument that Bitcoin will go to ZERO.
Actually they are Bitcoin haters because they don't get cheap Bitcoin prices, don't have the opportunity to buy more and then spread a lot of FUD and lies that Bitcoin is a scam and such.

Even though the interest in crypto investment especially in Bitcoin is currently quite high, more new people are getting into Bitcoin for the long term.
It is not easy to sustain crypto investments if they do not know how Crypto works and what the risks are,
because the price is indeed highly volatile and requires good management and strategy to start with, but for the long term Bitcoin is still the safest.
