Sometimes, in fact most times, your instincts happens to be what you need to win a bet, giving that skills or analysis doesn’t always do much for a gambler. Most of the times I like to trust my instincts than whatever I feel is  more logical. But whatever the case may be, the truth still remains that winning depends on luck and chances rather than one’s analytical skills and abilities, just because your analytical skills are good doesn’t mean you’ll win, so most of the times I trust my instincts and it actually works for me.

I would say that always relying on data and analysis actually increases the chances of winning. Instinct can often be the result of a sudden emotion that comes to mind, which is beyond perfect calculation. Like a team's previous performance report clearly shows that they will lose but just because of the weakness towards the team, it may seem that they will do something miraculous. And ignoring your own analysis and chasing only your feelings, you will lose more in the long run.

This is what I don't allow anything to make me change my mind towards some prediction I have made, I know that there is no how the two team will not going to score goals either in the first half or second half, sometimes after place our prediction it make some think it will not come to pass than to change their prediction before the end of the match that will make such gamblers to loss because he or she changed his or her mind toward the prediction, when your analysis is good it will make you to relax and expect hug win from the prediction.

It is true that luck plays a big role in winning in gambling but we have to admit that proper research or strategy can increase the chances of winning through gambling. In this way, even if you do not win for confirm, you will be able to manage gambling with discipline. The instinct thing is sometimes tempting, but for me once I have finished my analysis, I try not to let my instincts change it..
Most times instinct is just emotion coming in at the last minute and that can easily ruin your good analysis..
I would rather lose with my original analysis if I make one, than change it because of my feeling and still lose.. At least with that I know I followed my process..

In most gamblers, emotions play a big role at the last minute after making a decision. It is very difficult to control one's emotions at the last minute. Because of making mistakes in making decisions after analyzing many times in the past, we feel that it is better to give priority to our own assumptions without analyzing. At such times, it becomes very difficult to have self-control. But we have to control our emotions in such situations. If emotions are under control, the chances of getting good results increase. Even if one's own decision is given priority all the time in a bet, it is very difficult to control one's emotions at the last minute or in any change in the match, and keeping oneself calm at that time is the most difficult task for a gambler.

personally, I think instincts can be right sometimes, from my experience there are some bets that I placed which I later ended up changing the bet due to the fact that I felt like the teams were not capable of playing according to what I predicted i instantly change the choice that I make so that i don't end up losing but this doesn't mean that it is going to work everytime. There are times that you need to just follow your analysis, this is what is going to increase your chances of winning your bets. The most important thing is to bet responsibly.

Nothing is certain with betting. We can place bets based on analysis, but it still doesn’t guarantee a win. Gambling always comes with uncertainty, and sometimes we get stuck thinking about whether I wasn’t smart enough in my analysis or we just weren’t lucky. 
You don’t need to take it too seriously if you’re betting small. But if you’re a big bettor, you might need to look for your mistakes.

When I analyze a match and the analysis leans towards option A, but my instinct tells me that there might be a surprise or the option is not convincing enough to succeed, sometimes I trust my instinct and bet against the public or choose a different option. But this only happens occasionally, most of the time, I still rely on my analysis rather than my instincts, because I have learned that when the two contradict each other, it only creates confusion about which option to choose, besides, from what I feel, the results are not much different.

I used to hate it when my instinct tells me something which contradicts my analysis, coz that usually makes me feel very lost, confused and helpless... However if my analysis is based on a solid research, and my instinct is based on just a gut feeling then I would trust and lean towards my analysis. Also, if my instinct keeps telling me that something is off about the whole game, I mostly just skip the match rather than placing the bet that may end up in regrets,, since there would always be another opportunity...

It's happened to me before with sports betting. Right now I'm betting on the World Cup games. I've been a bit distraught because I don't see the World Cup with the same joy anymore because of what's happened in my country, and that's really slowed down the way I can bet. There are times when my instincts are more accurate than my analysis since instincts are derived from your reliable past experiences and lessons learned, so I let my instincts the one to be followed. But sometimes I also felt that my analysis is better than my instincts, so that time I will also entrust my decision from my own analysis.

It certainly depends in every situation. But most likely, my instincts win over analysis, especially that not at all times mathematical analysis works in gambling.

There are times that I have to give in to my instincts abandoning my analysis. There are also times that I just ignore them and go with my analysis. Both are not always right all the time, after all, but I pay more attention to my analysis than my instincts. Because you get the type of result you have when you follow your prediction and validate your instincts does not mean your predictions will always be coming out victorious.

It's better to be logical when gambling,
Give the win to a team that is strong enough and if the both teams are strong there is a chance of a draw. But regardless the results doesn't respect our considerations and that is why its a game of luck.

Sometimes gambling do not seems to keep surprising people especially who those who are really looking out for the best way to maintain a consistent winning even if it doesn't come as always, but at least let there be winning for 3 time in a week thereabouts but has also forgotten that luck dies not always shine whenever you needs it in gambling but it comes when you don't expect it to happen.

I had some few matches selected yesterday and during my analysis I was so sure that Netherland would win Tunisia but my instincts were very biased that the game would be draw, but even as that I didn’t care I had to give Netherland direct winning and they won. Moved to the next match, Japan and Sweden same thing happened to me where I was lost. Apparently, I knew it would be Draw game but was carried away that by instinct that Japan would win, then I had to give winning to Japan but guess what? The result was Draw.

at this stage of FIFA World Cup it is predictable because so many of the countries is playing to be qualified so it's not many of them that is looking for draw any longer so what they want is to defeat their opponent so that it will enable them to qualify from a group stage, but that time they started this match there was a lot of recorded and that is why many people is no longer choosing the performing countries they know before to be the winner, there are now predicting based on the performance of the country not base on the countries name and what the country has done in the past, so already I know that Netherlands will defeat Tunisia I was not expecting draw in that match, only wining from any team was my expectations

It might sound funny though, but one of the luckiest wins are actually from games you just reluctantly placed without overthinking it just place the game, also follow your instincts and let luck speak for you, even those who claim to be able to predict wins I doubt if they actually did, because they just predicted and it turns out that luck shines for them and their selected games happens to be among the winning games. Gambling is truly a game of luck, no level of research nor ability can make someone win except luck happens, just pick randomly and pray to be lucky.

No, instead, I integrate my "instinct" to my analysis.  If eve I feel uncomfortable with my analysis, I often think and re-evaluate everything.  I will look for the factor that made my "instinct" feel uncomfortable and focus on that area.  Analysis and "instinct" should not conflict each other instead they should compliment each other because "instinct" come from the things the person had experience.  And I think @OP is talking about intuition and not actually "instinct".

Most of the times I couldn’t differentiate my instincts from myself because it could be right more than I thought and then it get me confused what exactly to go by because my mind my be running two options which leads to me doing something that will eventually result to a loss in the end.

Some times it good to let them lead but sometimes it’s better to take control by using pure analysis even though it could be wrong, however combining them both could make it better.
