Anyone who knows what they are doing would never ceased to accumulate Bitcoin whenever they sees the opportunity to do so, of course when market is down it gives people more opportunities and chances to buy very cheap, and of course when you buy when it's low you stand a better chance to make double of your investment when the market increases.
So, bear market gives people that chance to buy at cheap, people also holding Bitcoin as safe heaven against the inflation that has ravaged across all nations.

If we can wait for the cheap prices, why not to buy at that time? I'm sure almost all investors will prefer to buy when it is in bearish season (red market). When it drops around 50% from its ATH or even bigger, I think it is the right time to start buying Bitcoin.

If you ever dare to buy bitcoin at the time it was above the current price, then you understand that buying at this point is still the best opportunity we will be seeing of late. the only thing is that we are not seeing what lies ahead in the future and so, the temporary set back seams to be louder that any form of future gains we are anticipating. but that being said, if you don't buy now, when bitcoin experiences full recovery, it will still be you that will regret failing to take advantage of the opportunities you had to buy at a cheaper and affordable rate that you can ever think of. some  buying opportunities only comes once in a blue moon.

U don't need to dig into someone's history with the sole aim of advice. Judging by the current trend, it is advisable to buy after the bearish test is over. You would need a good indicator for this. Bitcoin price is still testing support and resistance levels.

Buying dip for altcoins is risky because most of them doesn't have any potentials to reach ATH except a few top altcoins but if you are specifically talking about buying Bitcoin in dip then it is a wise investment decision considering that Bitcoin has shown that it has potentials to reach ATH. For me every dip of Bitcoin is a good opportunity to accumulate more as far as you have discretionary funds for it. You can do DCA strategy that would make you not to be monitoring the market whether it's dip or skyrocketing, your goal would be to accumulate as much Bitcoin as you can for many years to increase your profit whenever Bitcoin reaches a peak price.

That is very true we should not look at the current state of the market when ever we are talking about Bitcoin. The most important thing when it comes to Bitcoin investment is the current price, don't concern yourself about the dip but we should be more concerned about our investments plan such as the lump sum strategy or even the DCA strategy of investment.

Some that has been on this forum since 2022 should know better, I'm surprised he asked this kind of question like a nobies, Bitcoin is still in it early stage and every time is a buying time, if you have the resources to buy it everyday I recommend you buy. You have to wait until the deep come to stay before you can start releasing the funds to purchase what you can comfortably afford to lose, some people waiting for the deep to come before they will start accumulating bitcoin they don't have huge amount of funds they will be using to accumulate bitcoin daily either bullish season or bearish season because they are capable and nothing will withstand them not to accumulate bitcoin that will increase them financially, you can only hear such thing from newbies if the bearish season will never come, there is no how bearish season will not appear after the bullish season come to an end.

There is even that rule of 'buying low and selling high'. So yeah, that should be the perfect or the best buying time and actually, another perfect time is also said by him already and that is if we already have a fund and knowledge. Plus, the excitement is already there and then we are also taught about the DCA method in which we should invest right away no matter what are the conditions of the markets.

Although I believe that DCA still have an exception and that is if the market is already in bullish state because the bull times are also a known time for the investors to sell their bags, unless if we are only getting started, hehe...
