Personally I believe trust is one of the hardest things to regain and I always give some illustration like breaking a glass cup and trying to bring the pieces together to hold water again which is impossible.
I also believe that trust will give you a lot of recommendations that would even fetch you real time wealth and the moment one losses trust, I think they also loss their dignity and no matter how more money one has. He might not be treated with genuine love as people would only be around for your money and you might not even attract significant people around and o don't want to exaggerate the whole issue but losing trust would cost you more than losing money but it also depends on the situation.

The ideal would be that money could be used to value trust. The more trusted someone is, in a more comfortable financial condition he should be as consequence. However, what is seen for real is quite the opposite most of times. The most untrustworthy individuals are the ones who possess larger amounts of money to run their schemes and keep on the top, even being untrustworthy.

Rich people value the trust of the people around them than the money that they're earning. Now ask a poor person, and they will say that they value money more than trust that they even betray their closest friends just for the sake of money. Bad idea, right? But that's happening.

Very true just as you’ve said it. Many people today or would I say everyone one tend to put there money, resources where they have 100 percent trust. Aside gambling which is 50/50. In my opinion, both money and trust are important, but if I have to choose one, I’ll go with trust.
See, money is good because it can solve a lot of problems. If you lose 5 thousand dollars today, like you said, you can work hard and get it back. You can hustle, take overtime, start a new business or even borrow and pay back later. Money comes and goes. But trust is different. Once you break someone’s trust, it’s very hard to get it back, maybe even impossible.

trust is about your name and your reputation and once people start saying this person cannot be trusted, doors will start closing for you.
I’ve seen it in business and even in normal life. You can have money but if people don’t trust you, nobody will want to do business with you, no investor will give you money and no partner will work with you. Trust? Trust is self-deception. I do not trust. Reputation is another thing completely. If reputation is there, then the likelyhood of something going wrong is lower. But never 0%.

You know what is better than trust? collateral.

You want to loan someone money? Sure. But ask for collateral, not trust. So if they break their end of the deal, you are not standing there with nothing. And furthermore, the collateral will give you assurance that they are motivated to hold up their end of the bargain.

To be successful in life you need people to trust you, the reason why people will come to you for business is because they know you can execute the business with them and they will get their own part of the money, if people don’t trust you and you have money it will be very difficult for you to increase that money because no body will be interested to do business with you, trust will open a lot of doors for you, their was a contract of supply that was given to me some months back and the person that connected me to that company told them I was trustworthy and the reason he told them that was because I have worked with him so many times and I have not disappointed him, trust is everything you need to be successful and highly connected in life.
