I've been playing on Legendz.io for a while now and, so far, I haven't had any problems with withdrawals or my account.

The only issue I've experienced is that sometimes crypto deposits don't get credited automatically. When that happens, I have to contact support, and they manually credit the funds. Other than that, my experience has been good so far.

This is some random, unnamed casino. I can see a bot placing bets on random slots. Why I am saying bot is because I see the same user placing 10 bets on 10 different games with a 1-2 second delay, how is this possible? They are just tricking the players to thinking there are players who are placing bets. I have never heard of this casino before. You might be one of their active player, and they cannot afford to lose a player like you at this moment. So, they did not ban you or do anything to you. I would recommend playing in more established casinos to stay safe. New casinos often scam their players. I didn't check if they had a license. Unlicensed casinos are not recommended at all.

I'd prefer to give them a benefit of doubt and call them rather newcomers to this industry than straightout call them random unnamed casino, as every platform have to start at one point before they can grow and be known.

That said, I am currently trying to get ahold of someone from their compliance department, even more direly now than yesterday, as there is an official complaint on CH.

You misunderstood me. OP was talking about another casino called Legendz, and I told him it is an unnamed, random casino. I knew Degen, they are one of the popular casinos. I have seen some ads on instagram, some influencers are creating content about Degen as well. So, I assume they are spending a good amount of money on marketing.

I won't call them a random, unnamed casino at all since they are known almost everywhere. As for this case, I am not sure if it has been escalated enough by now. I don't see any posts in this thread.

I am currently trying to get their contact to solve both the cases here and on CH, but they're still shy away and prefer to solve things internally [namely, the player reach to them directly], which is understandable as they're rather newcomers to the forum and they probably still feeling around and approach things cautiously.

Sometimes, the forum is not exactly casino-friendly or at least case-neutral on cases that's being escalated here.

Were you previously, in other casino, get limited or restricted due to a breach of ToS, be it deliberately or incidentally?

Over the past few weeks we've seen a wave of newly created accounts following the same cycle: deposit, place a specific pattern of sports bets, withdraw, and repeat.

So you run a casino but don't want users to deposit, play and withdraw? Or do you just not want them to withdraw?

If you don't want users to place certain bets, don't offer them! It's really that simple!

That's a weird way to justify confiscating money! Winning and losing is part of the game, if you take the money when someone loses and don't pay when someone wins, your house edge becomes astronomical!

Our goal isn't to punish anyone, it's to stop abuse from continuing. We never want to get in the way of players genuinely enjoying Degen, but once our provider flags an account, we have to act.

How about you ask your provider to not provide bets that players aren't supposed to bet on?

I understand what you mean, but I’d like to point out that in sports betting there is no such thing as a ‘house edge’ as such. There is no inevitable mathematical certainty of a profit for the casino (or a loss for the player) after x amount of bets.

I've seen many cases in which the casino doesn't want to pay a winning sportsbet, and they're always hiding behind what their provider tells them. It sounds a lot like they blame the player when their estimate was wrong.

Years ago I found out this was happening in Spain, and I thought it was only there, but no, it’s an international phenomenon, and tolerated by the authorities, even though bookies sell you the dream that you can get rich by betting from the comfort of your own home, and as soon as they see you winning a bit, they restrict your account or ban you.

That’s why I don’t usually place sports bets, apart from the odd one now and then.
