That means his KYC was rejected on this site, based on the T&C on your site users from NL (Netherlands) are restricted, it is written on the T&C page point 4 (4.1.3)
No need for special attention for him because he was also rejected at other Sportsbooks, you can check his posts history in another thread.

You can contact their customer service to remove the bonus if you don't want to play with it, as for the wagering requirement you can click on that icon to view the wagering requirements tho.

Thank you for this detailed review as you touched on some areas I wanted to make inquiries on. Earlier in the thread their representatives mentioned that KYC was removed based on people's suggestions but your statements says otherwise,  could it be that you just decided to perform KYC even though it is not mandatory? Secondly, I saw a no deposit bonus of $30 but it seems you were only assigned $10, could that have anything to do with your forum rank? I decided to register the usual way – with KYC, without using the option mentioned in the thread. They currently have a sign-up bonus in three variations, and I chose the free bet. On top of that, I made a $30 deposit to see how the site works and was a bit surprised that I automatically got a 100 percent bonus with a total 10x rollover.
