I reported a medium severity security bug on launch day through live support and was given 100 free spins. I let it slide because the site was new. After reading your post, I check their site with their Terms & conditions, and General FAQs to find information about bug bounty. There is no information about it publicly posted on their website. They possibly did not prepare for any bug bounty and if they pay to you or any people who report security issues to their company, it's their flexible decision case by case.

You can feel unhappy about that, complain about it here but let's wait for their answer to your complaint.

Here's the thing, We don't have a bug bounty program — never did, no agreement was made. The $150 in Free Spins DARK6767 received was purely on us, voluntarily, no strings attached on our end. We've also reviewed the full chat logs from our support team — the screenshots speak for themselves and don't exactly support the version of events being presented here.

We have an internal QA team handling platform security, so we're covered on that front, that's really all there is to it.

I agree with you that they need to reply to you, and with delay, they gave you a reply after your post. Their reply was similar to what you wrote and what I guessed too.

At the end of the day it's their site, so it's up to them how they want to handle responsible disclosure. I just don't get why some casinos think they can rely on a couple of devs forever when even companies with dedicated security teams get hacked. Look at Coldcard no one is immune. It just feels like a lot of sites treat bug hunters like trash until something actually gets exploited.

I know about importance of security on any platform, product and you're right with Coldcard example, but bug bounty reward program does not exist and it has never been announced by this casino team. So they are free to pay you, don't pay you while it does not affect their business reputation.

They can take action with their security, QC/QA team too but it's just if there was no bounty program, if the founder does not make a decision to do that, their team or financial team can not pay you.

In general, I think if a bug is big and severe, paying you in whatever ways they feel comfortable with is a good compliment to user and community member.

This is a simple issue and it should not escalated to a bigger problem. You did a good job of reporting the bugs. You help them for them and they also tried on their part of at least given you free spin and dice bonus to have time in the casino and see the 40X wagering requirement from them as a bonus and they set wagering requirement for bonus so they did it to you too as bonus but what would have been bad there was if you completed your requirement and have a good win with the free bonus get be to you and they refuse you to withdraw then it would have been very of them but I didn't see you complain on that so things are still under control.

It seems that once the bonus is triggered, the casino counts all the money from your balance as bonus money - including your deposit. Therefore, all winnings are immediately counted as bonus money, and according to the casino, everything must be wagered x20.

I don't see anything about counting winnings from deposit money to bonus money in their terms and conditions:



A similar situation recently occurred at another casino. However, I think you should wait for an official response from MYBC as to why winnings from deposit money were included in bonus money.

Bonuses often have very complicated terms and conditions for different reasons. Sometimes these rules are so complex that even the casinos themselves miss certain loopholes. In this case, I can't find any information stating that after you activate the bonus, winnings from all funds, including the deposit, are counted as bonus money.

After this kind of treatment, I'm unlikely to want to continue playing at this casino. They can cancel your withdrawal at any time and add another bonus at their discretion. What's the point of giving out no deposit bonuses supposedly to try out the casino if they don't plan to withdraw them if you successfully wager your winnings? I might as well just try the demo game.

What is the need of declining a withdrawal from bonus that has been used to make profit when the casino knows that they are not happy for players to use the no deposit bonus to make profit.
