first half of the Year, what is your experience with gambling and or betting?

There seems to be a balance between my losses and my wins currently even though it’s been more loss just like it’s a norm but the losses are not beyond expectations, so I’m good.

But if I keep tracking my gambling like this I’m sure i will not even be playing or placing bets anymore, it seem like to me. Maybe I will be better off the gambling industry and with me getting pissed with the World Cup, it’s now more reason to rethink placing bets.

Frequently checking your losses quite effective alert to gambler. Quitting the gambling industry when you realize you're losing is very smart move. It is not necessary to strangle yourself into playing anymore when it must end with disappointment. The person should opt to lead a peaceful life as opposed to being overcome with the constant wolf of gambling.

Basically I don’t get disappointed or really upset with the outcome of a bet because of course I use only garbage funds to stake so whether it comes back as a win or loss I know for sure that’s where it’s meant to go and one way or the other I would have still wasted it, probably taking a bottle of drink or seating out with a few friend where I will end up spending it. So it’s quite cool with me. It however, quitting only came from the idea of how pissed I am with the World Cup and some things I see that seem unrealistic. I don't remember all of that, because nothing really amazed me. There is only one thing I can be proud of right now, even though it might seem ordinary to some of you. The fact is, I still have 100% win rate on the bets I placed during the world cup. But in round of 32 & round of 16 pretty much all games are easy to predict . But group matches we're something else. Yesterday Norway won even though they were getting 4.6 odds still I placed bets on them and won. Cause it was easy to measure the power of each team.

I least gambled this year than other years, we are just half of the year and this has been my experience, I don't know if it will change before the year finalize but my overall experience has been great. Being on the profitable side might not be the case for me, I can't tell without checking my records, but I've conveniently lost money, but also gained a few times.

I decided to limit the rate at which I gamble this year and that has really helped me a lot which I think is the best thing that I have done for myself in order to cut down losses financially. It's still the same old experience of more losses than profits but what can I do than to continue gambling with what I can afford to lose since it's fun.

I have had a pretty rough year so far and have shouldered more financial responsibilities than I can carry even those that I did not directly incur but had to do it for the sake of familia relationships.

You're right that I don't place bets on every world cup match, I only bet on the matches I find interesting. Besides, there is absolutely no urgency to place a bet on every single match, right?

As for my 100% win rate, it was no longer perfect after I lost on the Portugal match, I had picked 'Portugal to qualify' but they failed to advance after losing to Spain. But that's alright, I'll try my luck again on today's Argentina match.

That's very unfortunate but it's a good thing you are still able to manage to step away and focus on other things rather than to continue betting and chase the amount you have lost. Especially right now, like the World Cup, betting is everywhere and it's tempting to bet for someone who are trying to avoid it as much as possible.

I experienced this the other day. I was so close to reaching my target but sadly didn't make it.
I played Blackjack and at first, I have my own strategy but in the long run, I rushed my decisions to reach my target profit as soon as possible. I increase my bet every round hoping to achieve my goal immediately. Unfortunately, instead of keeping it slowly but surely, each round I had ended up in a loss.

My first of the year is good so far. I won significant amount during the first quarter then I decided to slow down to protect those profit and at the same time enjoy collecting accumulated bonuses without losing it back the casino.

I didn't gamble much in this first half of the year, however I am still in profit. Surprisingly, slot games gave me the most profit compared to sports betting, which is the game I love the most because I'm a sports person, a football lover.

The losses I got from sports betting were covered by the wins I got from slot games, and I'm still in profit overall. I think it's clear for me to say sports betting is just giving me the illusion of control. It made me research the matches and made me think I could predict the outcomes based on data. The feeling of feeling smart when you are not is killing me. It's different with slot games, I just play and rely on the luck I have.

From January 2026 to this very day, I've been more focused on sports betting and my area of focus has always been on parleys (multi-bet), I've had a couple of winnings so far but there are all nothing to write home about, it's mostly between 5 and 15 odds winnings..

I haven't had any success yet because all my World Cup bets have been mostly wrong. I was particularly disappointed with Croatia's performance; I saw potential in them. I don't place bets that involve multiple outcomes like you. And of course, it's disappointing to see that just one wrong outcome prevented your entire bet from winning. However, if you've guessed so many different outcomes correctly, maybe you should have made separate predictions? Because even if the multiplier hadn't been so huge, you would have almost certainly made a lot of money, as it's clear you're truly knowledgeable about betting.

Normally I aim for big multipliers and in the past I used to get 100x and even 130x in sports betting, but in 2026 I wasn't so lucky in sports betting. Only today I saw that I just won with 28x, but that's probably my best result in 2026 so far:

Also I won several times with 200x+ on slots and with 990x+ on dice. Those were not my personal records. In the past years I won two times with 1,000x+ on slots, and several times with 9,900x on dice, but overall I consider this is a good year for me regarding games of chance.

Exactly, this year's World Cup has really gone beyond prediction, with the way big teams are getting stuck with smaller teams, any strategy is getting beaten. Brazil lost to Norway yesterday, which I honestly didn't expect. Portugal lost today, although I was able to predict it to some extent. In fact, the world of sports has now become such that at the end of the day, performance on the field is the last word. Nothing is 100% certain in gambling or betting. However predicting the quarter finals will be a little easier, hopefully because we already have some idea about the performance of the quarter final teams.
