That said, can I request OP to add a voting poll? I want to vote and at the same time see what the majority really thinks about who will win this fight. Maybe that's something I can also follow if I'm convinced.

I can't forget that fight when Kambosos defeated Teo Lopez as the odds was @18x and i hit it. My thinking at that time is that the win of Teo Lopez against Loma was just luck so i bet against him when he faced Kambosos and the rest is history.

You are right with your instinct, so I also dont think its impossible for Rolly to upset Teo. If we compare them, I would even rate Rolly higher than Kambosos.

The problem with Teo is sometimes he is not that technical and he loses control, he likes to go toe to toe because he trusts his power too much and thats where he can make mistakes. If that happens in this fight, then I think even a KO loss for Teo is possible.

I could say that Rolly Romero is much better than Kambosos and both has the same fighting style more or less that could possibly create problem for Teo so with that being said i'm going for Rolly Romero to win this fight via decision.

I just voted for Romero. However, I haven't put a bet yet, but in any case, I will go with him in this fight. I'm also seeing that Rolly will throw more of his hand and try to out punch Teo. Lopez might be good in his defense, but if by chance that Romero might slip one good in the face of Teo then he might go for broke and fight in the middle of the ring.

If that happens, then Romero has the advantage as he like this kind of fight. And we haven't seen Teo knocking out someone when he moves up in weight. Although Rolly is not know to have a good chin, but he should be good and holding it against Teo and fight going into the decision and Romero having a slight advantage.

I disagree that Rolly will be bigger. He might be wider, however, Teo is taller and has a longer reach than Rolly. Also, the weight difference between super lightweight and welterweight is not very big. I reckon this will certainly not affect Teo.

On Shakur, I reckon we might witness King Ry vs. Shakur first before the crying Haney vs. Shakur because King Ry and Shakur have opened their partnerships with Zuffa boxing.

Teo Lopez has always been a dangerous fighter when he was in the lower division and that Richard Commey fight was the most impressive but when he move up in weight he became erratic, i mean his performance was a bit unpredictable. His power and speed is somehow affected by this moving up that is why i prefer to bet for Rolly Romero aside from the fact that the odds is very attractive for me.

As for Teo's father, he said that if he will loss this fight, this will be the last time that he will be in his corner.

I don't think that this fight will end via knockout for Teo Lopez. Though the effort to cut on weight will be less but it remains to be seen if he can bring his power to the welterweight division as his opponents are heavier than he used to fight. His TKO win was last 2022 against Pedro Campa after that it is all win via decision. Might also be that he is much more careful now after that loss to Kambosos, not over committed that resulted of him getting hit with a counter every time he attacked.

Also bookies has predicted that this fight will go the distance with the odds they are putting on that options.

Teo is a bit inconsistent, yes i saw that. However, he often bounces back after he suffered the lost. So i expect the same think when he fight Rolly soon. The lost to the Shakur should have given enough motivation to do better especially in his debut in the new weight against Rolly.
It's why i think he still has chance though he's not as experienced as teo in this weight. So let's see who's gonna be dominant soon. One of interesting fight that's worthy to watch.

I think there’s gonna be a couple of knockdowns in this fight but i don’t see a knockout happening.

But perhaps if a knockout is destined to happen, then chances are that it would be rolly that will pull it off because he’s the harder puncher between the both of them.

Overall i still think Teo is gonna win by a decision; i just hope he doesn’t get knocked out before going the distance.

Teo has never been knocked out; yes, he's been knocked down, but with his defense, footwork, and lateral movement, I don't think Rolly can catch him.

It's going to be a cat-and-mouse type of match with Rolly as the cat, but Teo will do a lot of countering. He is good at doing this; Rolly should pressure Teo just like he did with Pitbull. Rolly's chances are in the early rounds; he needs to build a lead because Teo is good at taking the later rounds.

Also, Teo is taller and has a longer reach. He also has less weight to reduce which will cause his stamina to be higher and this will imply that he can use more power punches.

That picture is telling me Rolly has a decent chance of beating Teo, he looks really prepared and because of that I don't think either one of them will get KO'd.

This should be an interesting fight, especially since both boxers are not really the type who will just run around and avoid action, so we can probably expect a great Sunday with some beers on the table.

But looking at the final score, I agree with it, Teo clearly won this fight. Although he was bloody, he was still the aggressor for most of the fight, now I understand why Rolly was such a big underdog.
