What happened::
I deposited overall 10500 php, got luck and won 13000 with 20 bet. When I finished gambling my balance was 21760. I tried withdrawal 6760 php but casino blocked my account and refuses to return my money. First they asked to download and install telegram because they couldnt provide help by chat. After just received messages that my account got suspended and money forfeited.
I used the same Maya wallet for deposit and withdrawal. Seems its not allowed to win here.

Do you contact them via telegram? They truly do live support via telegram based on previous cases involved this casino.

What I’m wondering is do you wager x1 of your deposit before you initiate the withdrawal because you mentioned that you only made 20 bet before you withdraw while casino usually has x1 wagering requirements.

Then right after I made new one 500, since I couldn't believe that I lost everything so quick. So I made some spins and got luck with 13000 prize, after I've tried luck on every bet value I lost during my 1st deposit - so played every bet value until 1st big win in 2 slots. Thats all.
Yes I've contacted with them in Telegram. Scripted answers like I somehow violated their terms. No clear answer, what I did wrong. They just saying that they special team "has own methodology". What a comfortable terms to scam players and take their money.

You should update your original post with that screenshot since PM logs is important proof for your case.

This case is unique since it’s involved slot games that typically hard to cheat.

Done! Yes, I'm also shocked! I just obviously got luck with 20php bet and won x650 prize that gave me ability to continue playing. So my problem was that I could control my greed and stop in right moment instead of losing my balance again.

Since you are getting typical replies, have you tried to raise concern with mediators? There are mediators where you can raise concerns, like Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru, where the casino would reply to solve the issues. It's good you created an allegation thread on the forum that would draw attention from the casino as well as from forum users. This thread also will reflect on Google as well.

From the forum's end, we may support you, but we don't have any investigation power, or we can't force them to post evidence here publicly that would break their privacy, and the abuser will get more data on how to abuse. So please focus on getting help from the mediators; we saw the casino comply with them and provide evidence as well.

First of all, I hope that a casino representative here will be able to resolve this misunderstanding, because it’s obvious that I couldn’t have violated any rules, but apparently chat agent has strict guidelines, and perhaps because the amount is so small, they don’t want to look into it and sort it out. Moreover, I understand that live chat support doesn’t have any tools at their disposal and their job is only to advise and forward questions to the appropriate departments - which is why I’m getting boilerplate responses without any explanation, because the agent themselves doesn’t know the real reason.
Of course, if the problem isn’t resolved, I’ll turn to Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru. But I’d like to wait for a response from a representative here first. I’ve seen other threads where everything was handled appropriately and the player was given the opportunity to withdraw their funds.

I suggest to follow his suggestion since there’s no guarantee that forum representative will solve your case especially if their support already made the decision. Most of the time they stick with their decision since they are holding evidence to support their action which they can’t share here.

Havent created case on askgamblers because I think there is no sense since all cases there with BK8 are unresolved.

Though I can understand the fear and concern you have over your confiscated fund, I also have to say that ermm... it's a bit too quick to escalate to CG after previously saying that you're attempting a deescalation here.
