So I made some spins and got luck with 13000 prize, after I've tried luck on every bet value I lost during my 1st deposit - so played every bet value until 1st big win in 2 slots. Thats all. Yes I've contacted with them in Telegram. Scripted answers like I somehow violated their terms. No clear answer, what I did wrong. They just saying that they special team "has own methodology". Since you are getting typical replies, have you tried to raise concern with mediators? There are mediators where you can raise concerns, like Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru, where the casino would reply to solve the issues. It's good you created an allegation thread on the forum that would draw attention from the casino as well as from forum users. This thread also will reflect on Google as well. From the forum's end, we may support you, but we don't have any investigation power, or we can't force them to post evidence here publicly that would break their privacy, and the abuser will get more data on how to abuse. So please focus on getting help from the mediators; we saw the casino comply with them and provide evidence as well.

I’ve seen other threads where everything was handled appropriately and the player was given the opportunity to withdraw their funds. Though I can understand the fear and concern you have over your confiscated fund, I also have to say that ermm... it's a bit too quick to escalate to CG after previously saying that you're attempting a deescalation here. Reading from the beginning of the thread, I initially intended to write that I am currently nudging BK8 for a neighboring case and will surely inform them about this case once I get a reply, but given you've escalate to CG... well, now we wait.

But another thing when someone just steals your money and tries to make you idiot. I played slots, they just forfeit my jackpot. And the funnies moment that this amount was in PHP, not in dollars. What should I do? Why such big companies like BK8 act like scammers? I feel so bad cuz I understand that I cannot do anything except begging. BK8 aggresively promotes itself in Phillipines. I remember BK8 had or maybe still has some campaigns here on Bitcointalk, so they are definitely not an a new or unknown casino. Even though the confiscated amount isn’t that large what really bothers me here is their refusal to disclose the reason behind their decision. What’s wrong with simply telling the player which rule they violated? Otherwise, how can anyone trust a casino if they can confiscate your winnings without even explaining why? Tbh that can be a big red flag for me, and I think we should see what their representative has to say about this case.

Since they stopped their signature campaign on this forum years ago, their gaming seems to fall apart while they take advantage of their users, so I'm surprised the OP didn't do a background check on the casino before using it. To be honest, I think every gambler should avoid this casino right now based on the number of scam accusations posted about them online.

They will not, they can not. Not even with your permission. I think BK8 is somewhere in Asia? And since you're a Philiphinese, GDPR doesn't cover you both, but almost each of Asian countries has their own consumer data protection law, that prohibit end-user's data sharing to public. Like I said before, I was about to hail them, where we can probably talk it off, and I can see the evidence, as --by your permission-- we can bypass consumer's data protection by having the counterevidence [their own evidence against you] shared to private eyes. But as you've already get to CG, all we can do is now wait, because the burden to witness, verify, and draw verdict is now fully [and binding] on CG's mediator.
