Greetings Mr JollyGood, I hope this message meet you in good condition, I just noticed that you gave me neutral tag for wishing someone rest in peace in a thread is an offence in this thread am sorry about that. It will not happen again just that I know how painful it is when someone  lose his or her love ones that made me to comment on the thread. Kindly remove the natural tag thanks sir.

Now, the post in question that the "Anthony Bill" account mentioned is this one, it includes my reply:

Shame on you. How many posts will you make here to add to your post count?

As a result of your post today, I decided to take a look at your account. I am convinced after reading the nonsense you have posted in the past that the "Anthony Bill" account was created to be added to an account farm.

Your early posts are designed to portray the "Anthony Bill" account as a newbie but that clearly is not the case.

Oh what a bad news. May his soul rest in peace

RIP guy.
People like Condoras in this community their families deserve to show love when they depart from this world. It will make the family to value the love we share among crypto enthusiast, I have been reading people comments in this thread how Condoras has contributed to the growth of this community before he went to meet our creator.

I do not usually create threads to show messages but this was an unsolicited PM. I did not ask for nor expect any contact from the Anthony Bill account. It has ulterior motives therefore I have no issues at all about releasing the content. As you have probably noticed, it is nothing more than an attempt to have the tag removed.

The purpose to create the thread was to bring this matter to the attention of the community as a reminder to take action immediately with tags as soon as they spot unacceptable and/or nefarious conduct because account farmers will stoop to any level in order to monetise their accounts. They will not even spare the dead.

You tagged the account and the account wanted to write you in their defense and the best they could do is to PM you. I don't think it can be categories as unsolicited unless you expect people to create a public thread complaining about your tag and you make excuse that they are noisy and do nothing to keep your tag.

With that being said, how do you suggest people to communicate you when they feel your tags are unjustified?

I haven't really dug deep into the Anthony Bill issue, but he looks to be that kind of person who is hungry to earn merits, and it's quite easy to tell based on the posts and threads he has made. I usually give such cases time. If he is up to some nefarious activities in the future, then he will have wasted his time and effort in the long run.
For the PM you received from him, I think you can just choose to ignore it or not.

If you are an account farmer, merit abuser or are involved in nefarious activity then do not bother sending me a PM as it will probably be ignored and/or maybe posted for others to see. Other than that, I have no objection to being contacted by any member if they feel I have left an unfair tag on their account.

In the case of the "Anthony Bill" account, the content of the PM is almost vomit inducing. I would like to have given a negative tag but as that is not allowed, a neutral tag will have to suffice.

With that being said, how do you suggest people to communicate you when they feel your tags are unjustified?

JollyGood is known for his arrogant tyrant behavior as a retard that he is. There are many users who have complained of sending him PMs to resolve outstanding issues between them but what did he do, either distrusts them or add to his ignore list just to justify his ego.

What is the reason for creating this thread if not that you are a retard or have you started developing brain fog?

I can see that you are running low on merits in the last 120 days which will keep your retained in the signature campaign that you were employed out of pity and not basically on merit so we will see more of BS thread like this just to hunt merit, same way you did in the past just to deceive people to trust your judgement. JollyGood you are a failure and you will soon fade out!

I do not usually create threads to show messages but this was an unsolicited PM.
Someone is complaining to you about a neutral tag and you call that an unsolicited PM. You need to go back to school.

Mr JollyGood thank you for bringing my offense to the public to view. I  thought is against the forum rule for newbie to comment on a thread to wish someone rest in peace but I have not see such rule. Can you show me where the creator of this forum written the rule so that other newbies will learn from my mistakes Mr JollyGood? I believe my PM have describe who I am in this forum.

It has ulterior motives therefore I have no issues at all about releasing the content. As you have probably noticed, it is nothing more than an attempt to have the tag removed.
Most probably you won't agree with me on this case; often I advise the user who got the tag to first contact the person who left the negative or neutral feedback. It's kind of appealing to apologise to the PM about the feedback, but it should be polite and explain the situation. Then wait for the response with patience. If that doesn't work and you don't get any reply, then create a reputation thread, but still, I suggest opening an apology or appeal thread, not the argument thread.

If that's how users want to appeal, then I don't consider them unsolicited PMs. Because it's necessary for him, though it's not important for you. There are two ways to appeal about the feedback: it's the PM & Reputation thread. So I prefer a polite PM first, then a reputation thread. It doesn't necessarily mean the feedback should leave permanently; users often change their behaviour. I have removed a lot of negative feedback when changing behaviour. For example, if I left for loan default and the loan was repaid and the user PM'd me for that, then I removed the feedback. The same things happen with a recovered account from the administrator. They all sent me a PM that I haven't considered as an unsolicited PM.

Do you have many links to post?

Can you show me where the creator of this forum written the rule so that other newbies will learn from my mistakes Mr JollyGood? I believe my PM have describe who I am in this forum.
You are a puppeteer controlling more than one account and have been around the forum for far longer than your Anthony Bill account therefore you know the issue is not you wished a deceased member to rest in peace. You received a single merit the first time you wished him to rest in peace and did not receive any merits the second time you wished him to rest in peace. Your Anthony Bill account has been tagged.

Most probably you won't agree with me on this case; often I advise the user who got the tag to first contact the person who left the negative or neutral feedback. It's kind of appealing to apologise to the PM about the feedback, but it should be polite and explain the situation. Then wait for the response with patience. I understand your perspective and broadly agree. The difference here is when a real newbie feels an unjustified tag is given and when a merit hunting low quality poster wishes the same deceased forum member peace in the same thread on two different occasions 9 months apart. He received a merit for the first one and zero merits for the second. On top of that the post history of the Anthony Bill account is enough to indicate this is not his only account.

You're basically saying that if you tag someone there is no way for the tag to be resolved or changed by taking this stance. Doing this forces unnecessary threads being created in the reputation section to dispute the tags left by you. You need to be open to some line of communication at least regarding cases where you may have been mistaken don't you think? I get it, you're probably right a great number of times, but noone is perfect.

I am definitely not perfect. Maybe I would have been open to engage with the Anthony Bill account had he not sent the following PM:

Greetings Mr JollyGood, I hope this message meet you in good condition, I just noticed that you gave me neutral tag for wishing someone rest in peace in a thread is an offence in this thread am sorry about that. It will not happen again just that I know how painful it is when someone  lose his or her love ones that made me to comment on the thread. Kindly remove the natural tag thanks sir.

He made no mention of the double post 9 months apart seeking merits in a memorial thread.

The PM is (as stated earlier) almost vomit inducing. He claims he received the neutral tag for wishing someone rest in peace yet he know that is a lie. In my opinion, trying to fish for merits while increasing post count in a memorial thread is despicable.

I am not doubting this specific case, just the stance in general might need to be rethought. We don't need to encourage other members to have the stance of once I tag you it's gg. There is no way to get the tag removed. I think it's better for the health of the forum to always allow members to be able to be forgiven for certain actions. Obviously there is a super fine line of what actions can or should be forgiven, but it should be there in some form.

Just my opinion and not everyone will agree.

You have a valid point. I have in the past removed and/or revised tags and not only that, until quite recently I have also engaged with many nefarious characters that have tried to have tags removed.

I understand why you would put forward flexibility as an option, I broadly agree with that view. I will probably start responding to those PMs (asking for tag reviews) again in order to keep a channel open.

There are many users who have complained of sending him PMs to resolve outstanding issues between them but what did he do, either distrusts them or add to his ignore list just to justify his ego.
Do you have many links to post?

have you deleted all your PMs or are you too lazy to go through your inbox and see how many users you have ignored their PMs Huh

I agree that he had been looking for merits. But do you think we should tag all the accounts that want to take such merit advantages? We really don't know either if it's a farm account or not, but lately, account farming from the beginning is useless. Whether they have merit or not, they still could spam the bounty section. But yes, high-rank account farmers matter for us. Admins, especially theymos, aren't too strict about merits unless there are merit sale allegations against merit sources.

Better, so far good decision. Give them second chances if they deserve and changed their behaviour. Be flexible, nothing personal here on the forum.

I do not know what you are writing about here. What is a second chance? Ask this guy who wrote the JollyGood PM what he will do to get one or more merits. You know, such people can sell their mother; their poverty and greed close the eyes of their conscience.

I'm not going to dramatize the situation too much, but I've seen similar bastards who write posts INSINCERELY but for the sake of merit in other topics, in topics where people really offer condolences and regret and even cry for those who are no longer with us.

But then a little man came with his own mercantile goals, seeing that there was a chance to suck up a little (not even to a living one, which is very upsetting) and get merit. If I were in the OP's place, I would slap a negative tag on this bastard🤢 .

JollyGood did the right thing. There is a limit to everything. You can bake pizzas in ten hands; you can lick the asses of those who do push-ups and copy-paste posts from X, for the sake of merit, but when it comes to death, people here should have a stop signal.

Normal people have a rule, I emphasize. For normal people, if you offer condolences, then do it sincerely or do not write at all, and at least do not write if you did not know the person during his lifetime.

All these posts about the fact that they read the posts of the one who "left" are lies and falsehoods, and here you can clearly see Anthony Bill; this was the second post on the forum for which yahoo62278 gave him merit.

Even the rules am seeing in this Bitcointalk forum is too much for users, well I don't know the reason they established the rules for users to follow. Am still studying the Bitcointalk forum.
