Not sure if this is a scam accusation, an announcement or question but in case it's a scam accusation, you might want to follow the right scam report format - Welcome! Read Important Guidelines & Procedures Before Posting Scam Accusations
If you tried KYC verification with them, and then it failed then it's best you keep in touch with their support to rectify issues. It could be that they believe your documents are altered or something like that.

Not every challenges we have should be table down here on the scammer accusation board except we have cognit reasons to pack it up with evidence, but at this stage, I think what you needed most is to engage with their customer service and where what they have as feedback than asking of general opinion about users experience with their KYC, this board is only meant for scam accusation with valid proofs.
