Having the necessary information and knowledge about bitcoin network and how it works is very important, because this is the first security we needed to put in place but does not makes us to maximize our potential to make profit, while our strategy does, having knowledge we only prevent you from being scammed and making some costly mistakes, while what's determines your profitability in Bitcoin is your ability to be able to apply your knowledge into a practical use with your bitcoin adoption decision with the strategy you use.
Yeah good information and knowledge is an essential tool but it doesn’t guarantee success when it comes to crypto investment especially trading. Having a good knowledge will help you manage and curtail the risks involved but as we all know it’s a very volatile market and no amount of knowledge can make you predict it.

But it’s better you have the knowledge than you don’t, take a trader for example; imagine a total newbie going to trade or even copy trading, without basic knowledge you’ll find that he’ll make a lot of mistakes which will cost him greatly.

It’s a harsh truth, but it’s being told with a lot of wisdom.Crypto can be incredibly unforgiving, and it’s comforting to remember that even the smartest people get blindsided by sudden market shifts. We aren't robots. We panic, we get anxious, and we make emotional mistakes because we are human.
Accepting that knowledge doesn't make us invincible is actually pretty freeing. It teaches us to be more cautious, look after our mental health, and not tie our self worth to a green or red candle.

Even some of the things you have mentioned, such as adopting a strategy, might not necessarily be directly proportional to your success in the Bitcoin journey. Knowledge, strategy, and analysis are important, but they still cannot guarantee success in a market that is often driven by sentiment and unpredictability.

Although what I will strongly go against is panic buying and panic selling. This can greatly affect you when you decide to just jump on any trend without proper conviction or emotional control.

However, from my own experience, I will advise that the most successful portfolio to run in Bitcoin is holding. In this way, the risks are relatively lower, and you don't necessarily need to know the A–Z of Bitcoin before you begin the process. What matters more is having patience, managing your emotions, and avoiding decisions driven by fear or hype

It is very true that knowledge doesn't guarantee 100 percent of success in crypto investment, this is because  the market is really dynamic in nature, it can be very stable today to be able to guarantee success, but after a certain period of time, it will fluctuate. It goes on and on like that, and that is what normally make people who thought they were very good at investment fail. It shows that no matter how experience you claim to be, trading can still mess up your mental state when you loose. The only difference is that when you already have experience and knowledge about it, the chances that you will lose most times is very slim. That is why it is advisable to always learn first, makes researches first before accelerating any move towards trading. Traders who refuse to learn and make research before doing any investment is always bound to lose money and fail woefully.

Sure, nothing does guarantee success in this world, Knowledge won’t, emotional intelligence won’t and even strategies won’t, you just have to try and hope you succeed.

That’s why you can’t be 100% confident about succeeding in your investments, I understand having a positive mindset is really important and good but atleast since its investment and it involves risks, you can’t be sure you’re definitely going to succeed.

And one more thing about it is the fact that you can’t accurately time the market, that’s the mistake some people make, the believe they can time the market with their analysis and technical knowledge but it ends up disappointing them.

There’s this saying that “nobody is perfect” regardless of how good you feel about yourself, that doesn’t guarantee success in everything you do. Having the knowledge is very important because it reduces the chances of getting scammed or investing the wrong way. When you have knowledge about the particular thing you want to invest in, you will invest wisely, unlike others who invest due to a rumor they heard about it.

You know that when it comes to trading, a lot of people look up to someone. They see them as a mentor and wish they could be like them in the future. Looking up to be like someone doesn’t mean they can guarantee success in trading. They also lose money, but I think they show their wins than their losses. Always remember that even long term investing does not guarantee success.

I wanted to write this topic earlier but it often slips my mind. So yeah we can all agree that having knowledge in this crypto space is everything but then one thing we should always remember is that having knowledge does not guarantee that you will make profits from your investments or your trades. I'm not saying having knowledge is bad in fact, it's a must if you indeed want to increase your chances of thriving as a crypto enthusiast. But then we have to be real with ourselves. Folks often study how the market works, learn to read charts, price movements, patterns, and follow up on the latest news, yet still end up losing trades or even panic and sell their investment when the price falls below their buying price.

In the case of bitcoin, profit is guaranteed on the long run.
It is necessary for any trader to understand that trading Bitcoin is highly risky, is possible a trader can loose his entire money trading bitcoin, but when an investor is hodling, you only need patience, and endure the market crash or bitcoin drop in price.
Any investor who understand bitcoin, does not fear market crash , because there is every assurance that Bitcoin price will recover again.

When we talk about altcoins, they are high risk investment, and making profit from altcoins is very uncertain even when that coin remains in your portfolio for a long period of time, and it might end up crashing to even zero percent.

Even when you don't care about altcoins, it is necessary you understand how bitcoin investing works, because when you understand how bitcoin investing works, it is difficult to make losses investing in bitcoin. So far you are long term investor profit is guaranteed in a period of 5-10 years, and this is my knowledge about bitcoin, but not sure of any altcoin that guarantees profit on the long run.

The Bitcoin market is volatile and uncertain . so knowledge alone does not guarantee 100% success. Many experienced traders have also made wrong decisions and faced losses. However, knowledge and experience help a trader in avoiding wrong decisions, as a result of which he does not make decisions based on emotions. As a result, rationality is created in decisions and realistic decisions can be made. Therefore, it is possible to deal with mental stress in trading relatively well when a trader has prepared risk management. It is necessary to have sufficient knowledge from the beginning of trading and try to improve the ability to observe through research and practice. A trader is at risk of losing money when he trades without any preparation, only on rumors or in the hope of seeing others' profits. That is why having knowledge is necessary. And although knowledge does not guarantee success, it helps a trader to get into a better position than being ignorant.

Having knowledge increases the chances of making profit but there is no guarantee, but this is not a discouragement not to seek knowledge because without it your efforts to succeed in crypto would be waste.
I will disagree with whosoever that will say knowledge isn't necessary. Whether we like it or not having knowledge in Bitcoin investment or in crypto asset at large is also very essential, because you can't be moving blindly and expect things to just happen all by itself.  You must have at least an idea towards it else you will be like a blind dude moving without having a specific or a meaningful direction. Furthermore, personally I don't joke with knowledge, I see it as a possible way forward in Bitcoin investment and also applicable to our everyday life. However, the ability to understand that the discretionary funds is the best funds we can invest with, and also to acknowledge how crucial it's in setting up an emergency funds in our investment to combat against  future challenges is through knowledge we were able to know all of these so you see what I'm talking about. Their is no successfully bitcoin investment story that doesn't have knowledge in the picture.

Along side knowledge we also need luck by our side, indeed knowledge is power and it is very important to possess it as it gives you guidelines and also prepares you for anything, like cryptocurrency, having important knowledge of it gives you a heads up just in case anything goes wrong so yes knowledge does not guarantee success.
It true that Knowledge doesn't guarantee one success in bitcoin investment but I became confused when you say luck. Bitcoin investment is not like gambling where your success depends on your luck but not in the case of bitcoin investment where luck doesn't have anything to do with your success but rather your knowledge and your consistency  is what matters the most.. however, these doesn't guarantee that you will be successful but they are crucial because they contribute or play the most important role towards your successful in your journey. The reason why I say this is because without having any knowledge about bitcoin, you will not be able sustain your investments for the long-term.

Whether it has to do with investment or just crypto space generally knowledge does not guarantee anything, the only thing knowledge guarantees is that you know how to avoid some certain things if not knowledge only allows for you to protect yourself to an extent but then fate determines it’s real safety.

Knowledge really does not guarantee 100%crypto success.if we look at crypto currency itself Bitcoin is the most reliable crypto currency to invest in with confidence that no matter how it dip it definitely going to appreciates when the time comes.but not guarantee for someone who his trying to grow or someone who is putting 80%of is income into it,this set of persons might not have the patience to wait for a long term investment to yield.do you can compare to an investor who is investigating so much and still have in abundant to survive with, they have a chance of waiting till it gets to the peak they want for them to cashout.

An investor will not be successful in investing just by having knowledge. Sometimes, to be successful in investing, you have to depend on the market situation, sometimes luck also plays an important role. In any investment, be it cryptocurrency or any other investment platform, those who have knowledge will definitely do well, but it cannot be guaranteed. A person who is knowledgeable can correct many mistakes with his knowledge. There is a high probability of losing if you invest in certain wrong projects or fields. The wise can easily understand which principles are correct and which are influenced by emotions.

However, no matter how knowledgeable the investor is, he must remember that crypto investment is uncertain. There is no way to understand when and in which direction the crypto market will move. A good market can turn bad at any time. Investments can be lost. No matter how good the principles are taken with knowledge, they cannot completely eliminate risk. It is not enough to have knowledge alone, but one should also know the attitude to take risks and one's own financial capacity.

There are lots of other reasons that people end up failing in their journey as crypto enthusiasts and the common one is acting under emotions. Without emotional and psychological discipline having knowledge alone does not guarantee success in crypto investment or even trading as well. If knowledge is all it takes to be profitable then those making profit from the market are supposed to be a lot more than what we have currently.

I get your point, you will even be seeing traders and analysts making different analyses, this is what I have noticed since I know about cryptocurrencies. Also yourself may not know where the market direction will be going but you can begin DCA when the price of bitcoin dip significantly which is the best and I have confirmed this to be true.

I think that is a normal thing because everyone has their own view on what direction the price of Bitcoin will go but it so funny that no one is ever sure even with their analysis and prediction of what the price will do. So it is best everyone subscribe to their own knowledge and sentiment because you can be right and you can also be wrong but it is okay to be... and don't follow another person that is just predicting or analyzing like you. Buying when the price is down is an advantage to both investors and traders but you can not tell for sure when the price will Dip.

That why it a Volatile Assest. Trying to predict what bitcoin will be tomorrow is just you guessing. We have seen traders who think they know how they market will be but at then we see them getting it all wrong. As for traders the concept is simple, buy when there is a dip in the market and sell when it pumping. And for investors the concept is also simple, but consistently using the DCA strategy and accumulate as much as you can, it doesn’t matter if there is a Dip or not.

Well above all, being a trader or an investor , you should always invest or trade with your discretionary income, with that you get to be less concern about how the market is moving.

Emotional and psychological discipline is very hard for all and those that have overcome it really had to fight it out and come out of that dilemma successfully. This is the major obstacles that’s forcing a lot of crypto buddies not to get over their investment and reach their potential maturity price level before taking profit from their investment. Knowledge is important but it is not always enough when it comes to crypto investment and trading. The problem of most traders or crypt investors after learning about the market is their emotion, and that becomes the big killer of what they’ve learnt and the only obstacle between them and profitability/success.

This is why it is very necessary to have the knowledge despite it does not guarantee 100% crypto success, but despite that there will be a huge difference between someone who is knowledgeable and someone who doesn't have the knowledge at all. Cryptocurrency markets is very difficult to predict that is why we don't have to depend on someone to get all the right part, so many people were drowning through this process. Even the dip you were advising is still not certain for someone who doesn't have knowledge, no matter anything we want to do, we should make sure we have the knowledge of it to avoid being misguided.

I do agree with you that knowledge is valuable but I feel it's also important to understand what knowledge can do and what it cannot do.  As you gain more knowledge about bitcoin, your decision making process could improve, but it won't eliminate the uncertainty in the market.

So as you are building knowledge it is also important to manage your expectations, and when you believe that every decision you make will be right just because you have done every research, you'll probably end up being frustrated when the market turns against you.

A good investor is not the one who is able to predict the market price correctly.  A good investor is the one who can remain consistent with a sensible plan, realize that not every decision will be perfect and make rational decisions rather than jumping into emotional decision, when the markets catch everyone off guard.

Op ,you are right ,having knowledge is good but can't guarantee successful crypto, you can have all the knowledge and still not get the things right ,but the whole essence of been knowledgeable about somethings is so that one can make better decisions, understand how things works and also how to go about it , without having the knowledge it will be hard to excel in the crypto world, but the market sometime can be very hard to predict,so at that point things may not seem right .

I get your point, you will even be seeing traders and analysts making different analyses, this is what I have noticed since I know about cryptocurrencies. Also yourself may not know where the market direction will be going but you can begin DCA when the price of bitcoin dip significantly which is the best and I have confirmed this to be true.

I agree with you that no one knows for sure which way the market will go in the future. However, the idea of "DCA is best when the price drops significantly" does not seem to me to be entirely consistent with the core philosophy of DCA. Because it suggests waiting for a certain price before starting to invest, which is a kind of market timing.
The strength of DCA is that you buy Bitcoin consistently without guessing the market's ups and downs. If someone has a discretionary income, I think it is more reasonable in the long run to continue DCA with a small amount of money as planned, rather than waiting for a big island. This also eliminates the pressure of timing the market and maintains the goal of gradually accumulating Bitcoin.
