Do you really understand that concept? I read from doggywin first post and he said he loss at first and he won again, that means he didn't win back his deposit and only wins back the bonus, that is what the casino is telling him.  This is a critical matter here. Look at it again, he deposited $755.80 and they gave him bonus which was accumulated as $$1,511.60 and he played game and loss the $300 and he played again and won $2,924.60 in which he made $657.20 as profit and remember he loss only $300 from his deposit of $755.80 if he was gambling with his deposit. And when he checked the wagering process, it was only 3% and he decided to cancelled the bonus so he can continue with his deposit because he has already won $657.20 extra but instead they empty the whole $2,924.60 so where is his deposit? From the ToS, that cancelation only affects the bonus and not the deposit. And another thing again he was not losing but winning so definitely his deposit was still intact because why he won back was bigger than the amount he loss at first before winning.

From what I understand, there's no rule in the ToS stating that winnings from playing with your own deposit money go to the bonus money. From what I see and from my calculations, I think they need to refund him $455.80 which is $300 from which he already played and lost from his actual deposit because they already stated that, all winning received from bonuses will be forfeited if I'm not wrong. At this point we are trying to get a balance point for the situation at hand so that both the player and the casino can be at a fair balance level.

This isn't the standard way for a deposit bonus offer. And these rules aren't properly stated in your bonus terms. If the Luckiest team really cares about its users, then they should include this in the bonus terms which I quoted from your post. I completely agree with you. Every step should be clear to the player. Crediting winnings to a bonus account is strange, and I've never seen it at any casino, even though I've played at many of them.

In terms of bonusses, I think the casino team can't simply do any terms that is only give advantage to them. That is a shady thing to do. No real players would play and maybe they will get a lot of criticism. Funny enough, the casino is a very big one and have hosted alot of contest and several other events on the forum and I couldn't do anything because I felt it was my fault for not reading the terms.

I've never had my deposit wiped out. But I'm always very cautious with welcome bonuses and almost never try to claim them. I had a situation at another casino where I played, received a free bet, wagered it, but couldn't withdraw it because my account, was blocked, and it was extremely frustrating. And I didn't even lose my own money, I lost the bonus money. I can imagine how upsetting it is for a player to lose their own money over a highly controversial situation.

It is clearly a trap there. They haven't described the whole system of the deposit bonus properly in a single paragraph of the bonus terms. The Luckiest team already said that they won't refund the deposit of the user. They should at least show a warning like that on the bonus cancellation page: 'After cancelling the bonus, you will only receive the funds available in your cash balance.'

Anyway, I can see that 'doggywin' has created a scam accusation about this. So, it will be better to post there if any of us want to put our input regarding this matter.
