@Luckiest,
After reading the OP I have two questions.
1. Are Bitcoin transactions instant? In other words, do you support 0-confirmation Bitcoin deposits?
2. Please define "standard crypto play." What's standard and doesn't require KYC compared to non-standard?
I don't see a license seal that can be verified on your website. There is information about the owner company at the beginning of the T&Cs but no seal of authenticity.
"No problem;
1.) BTC aren't instant. Currently they require two confirmations, we're working on making that 1 confirmation. At the moment we see small deposits (anything under $50) can take a few mins to hit someone's account depending on network congestion.
2.) Standard Crypto Play, means you play by the rules and don't try to exploit bonuses, games, terms, etc... the simplest example would be deposit, $50, take your welcome offer (or not), play the games you like (min x1 wagering on your deposit) then withdraw your winnings or balance. No KYC required and we'll you out quickly.
A couple of questions for you, if you don't mind;
1.) If you deposit with a new casino and it takes a longer than your preferred casino, is that enough to put you off playing with them again? Or are there other factors you take into consideration?
2.) Are you a welcome offer and bonuses player or do you prefer not to take bonuses and get in and out with fast gameplay?
Re: Licence and regulation. We're governed by the laws of Costa Rica, when you setup a company in this jurisdiction they allow you to operate an online gambling business. Unlike more commonly know jurisdictions they don't have a seal of a approval. Is this important to you when choosing a new casino? "
Welcome to Bitcointalk platform. I am glad you are able to locate this platform. I had to check your website to see for myself what you have in stock and I must confess that there are a lot of goodies for new members who registers on your platform. As I normally do, I checked your ToS because that would guide my stay on your platform but I noticed something I would like to call your attention to. You said your casino is a no KYC casino bit I saw a clause not contrary to what you have said on your ToS. How do you explain this part of the clause which is against your no KYC?

I think why said in the topic and the rule number 4.1 in the ToS have some tally. This is what is said in the topic " No KYC on
routine deposits and withdrawals". And if I will analyse that statement or Claus there, I will picked only the word "routine", though it might means different thing to different people as the usages. But here is means if you are doing the right thing and there is no detection of violating the rules, there there will be no KYC both in deposit and withdrawal but if there is strange movement or actions or activities in the account, they will ask KYC to verify the ownership. That is what I understand the two content and context. In the image you displayed there is a phrase says, "
in any time". Which might go with the word routine. That is for that. Op you are welcome and I appreciate your ANN thread for the quality presentation. And nice UI of the casino. But you can still explain more about CryptSafe question for clarification since you brought the casino to the forum.
"You're spot on. As explained in the response above, if you're a genuine player who deposit, plays, withdraws via crypto no KYC required. It's slightly different if you are a FIAT player, but then you're used to providing KYC info.
Thanks for the feedback on the casino UI, we'd love to hear about anything you think we can improve on.
Let me know if the previous responses address your KYC questions or concerns. "

Thanks! We knew we'd get a lot of questions about out KYC policy. Check out my reply to the first post and let me know if that’s enough of an explanation or if you want to discuss it in more detail.
Welcome to the forum! The ANN thread looks very clean and well structured. I also see a no KYC claim, which is a nice advantage. So far it looks like only casino games are available, is there any plan to add a sportsbook feature later?
Also, for USDT deposit I see only ERC20 and TRC20 networks are available. Is there a chance to add a cheaper network like BSC, since the TRC20 network has a pretty high fee?
"Thanks for the warm welcome and thanks for the feedback. Re: KYC, check out the post above and let me know if you have any further questions on this. Yes, we have plans to add a sportsbook, but we're a casino first business and we want to get this right before adding the complexities (and costs) of having a sportsbook. When we can add a sportsbook or prediction markets product depend on how good a job we do on the casino side first.
Let me look into BSC (and similar) and get back to you. Out of interest, is that an important factor for you when deciding whether or not you try out a new casino? "
Welcome to the forum, Luckiest team. Nicely made announcement thread, and the
first deposit match promo that you guys currently have looks tempting. But instead of going with that, any chance you guys could give out a couple of promo codes for us select few to try out your platform?

or maybe some free spins as a sign-up bonus? That would encourage users in this forum to try out your platform.
Lastly, if by any chance you're still looking for someone to manage your campaigns within this forum, I sent you a pm about it; kindly check it out.

Thanks! Yes, we're working on something for this community. Being completely honest, we're testing 'bonus code' campaigns elsewhere so we know it works when we post it here. Let me speak to team and come back to you (and everyone else in this thread) with an update and what we can offer. I'll check out your PM too and get back to you.
You are welcome to the forum the Luckiest casino maybe ever liveth. I don't know what made the team to choose this name but I think it sounds good and I hope to be lucky when playing games on your casino.
I have been hoping to see some replies from the team about the questions people are asking and to clear their doubts. Maybe this is too early of an expectation but it would be nice for the Luckiest casino team to give the curious players replies as soon as possible so as for them to understand more about the Luckiest casino's TOS.
Glad you like this name. We love it!
If you have any questions, concerns or doubts that haven't been covered in the replies now that we're all caught up, let me know where and i'll be sure to address them.
I promise to be faster in future.
Welcome to the forum, Luckiest.
Actually, I was attracted by the ANN design and visited the site. There I saw that the overall design has been done quite nicely. The other aspects of the site also look quite good and I especially liked the live casino section more. The color combination is perfect and gambler will like it.
I can see that after publishing the ANN, many people have made different kinds of reply but the representative of Luckiest Casino has not made a second post on the forum yet. So I'm waiting to see their activities. If the representative of a casino site stays active then by replying to the different kinds of comments, gamblers can understand everything very quickly and start playing.
Thanks for the feedback. I've just caught up with all comment now, it took bit longer than expected but it will be easier to keep on top of things now.
Welcome to the forum, after spending some time in your platform, I want to use the live support feature but when I click it nothing happen. Has anyone else tried using it, is it working? I also tried accessing it from my profile but it doesn't work either or is the feature still not available

I just tried the live support feature on this casino and it worked fine when I clicked it from the main page. So the problem is probably not that the feature is broken, but it could be on the casino server side or the user's own internet connection. This casino's third party support feature is Zendesk, so an ad blocker or privacy extension might be blocking that widget. So it might help to try a different browser or turn off the ad blocker if one is active.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing, the devs are looking into this now.
