I think the site is working perfectly from my end. Maybe it's network issue from your end or it's also possible that the site was temporary experiencing some issues the time you tired to login. So maybe you should check it out now and see if it's working.

Don't you think it's too early to draw conclusions?

Regarding bumping the fee of bitcoin transactions. If you use RBF to increase the fee, you are creating a replacement transaction with a new transaction ID. The original transaction with the old transaction ID becomes invalid and non-existent. That would also invalidate whatever amount you won. You wouldn't be able to withdraw it because the system would consider that the initial deposit was never confirmed and never credited to your account. At last that's how I believe it is.

You are correct, Pmalek. This is exactly how bumping fees (rbf) works. The new transaction is a a completely different transaction and the old one becomes invalidas its inputs have already been spent.
Zero confirmation deposits feature can be risky and can be abused but it also has its benefits. Many casinos have it and an it became an industry standard for a few years now and there are many measures that can help reduce the risks involved.

You won't receive the deposit bonus by making a deposit of $10 only since the minimum deposit requirement is $20 for the bonus. Moreover, users have the option of whether they want to take the deposit bonus or not.



Anyway, I'm still waiting for an answer from OP about the 1% fee on deposited funds. Luckiest looks like an incomplete casino to me. I doubt that it will be able to survive in the competitive gambling world with its current features. All the features of Luckiest don't work in the mobile version.

I deposited $755.80 and received $1,511.60
After I lost about $300 I started to win and got to $2,924.60 ($657.20 in the profit)

I checked the wagering progress and saw only 3% was completed and decided to cancel the bonus even if I give up my winnings. I expected to have $755.80 back to play with

When i clicked cancel they took entire $2,924.60. My balance is $0. Mind you I was in profit.

My real money balance shouldn't be forfeited. But they did that. I couldn't check how the balance stood when i was cancelling, the balances were not updated in the page, there is some loading bug. If entire amount was bonus, again they are doing something the terms don't say, use real money bets but wins go to bonus money and loses go to real money. This is crazy anti player way to implement it especially when the bonus terms don't mention this. One way or the other, they are in the wrong.

A reason I don't dare with bonuses because I have been through all these kinds of dilemmas.. Am just hoping this is not a case of you use your bonus first kind of arrangement because these casinos usually take this route, regardless of how it happened , if your account didn't go below a certain threshold the least they should have done is restore your initial deposit!

Have you tried to engage their support stuff here on the forum for a manual review, and to avoid confusion they better separate the two accounts (real funds from bonus funds) this will save everyone from the headaches.

"No KYC" seems like a marketing gimmick to your as well but it won't work for the people here, so i'd suggest to remove when you will ask it later.

I have been reading through some of the replies from OP, maybe this (below) will explain their KYC drama/story!

In short:
Fiat = KYC
Crypto = No KYC

if you deposit with Crypto, your gameplay is normal, you win and withdraw funds then no KYC is required. You see we also have FIAT payment methods (more in the pipeline) if you deposit with Visa or Mastercard you are required to provide some personal information to the payment provider (name, address, phone, emails) this is their requirement, not ours and we do not store this information.

How much had you actually wagered after taking the bonus? Most probably you have played some excluded games, which don't contribute to the rollover requirement. Most of the welcome bonus or no deposit bonus is limited to slot games. At first glance it seems like free money but the real issue is hidden in its Terms & Condition. Wagering Requirement, Maximum Cashout, Eligible Game, Maximum Bet Limit and even KYC verification in many cases, if these condition are not met your bonus balance will never be converted into withdrawable cash. So there is no reason to get excited just by seeing a big Bonus.

I tried it and it's now working on my end too. I think that they've got a quick fix into it and that's good to see. And update us your experience once you've tried it. Because at that time that I've checked it's not working.

While we wait for that, I think several questions have already been asked and even some issues needs the attention of the team and I don't know if they have anyone who actually represents them over here aside the manager who's duty is just to handle the marketing because for a casino who is still trying to meet up market demands, staying active all round would do them more good and I will suggest they get someone from the team to regularly check up on their thread to answer questions and give clarity always when needed.
