I don’t know what you’re trying to buy there, or whether you can only buy it there, but for me that answer would be enough to rule that site out as one I’d want to do business with. Millions of people travel all over the world using cards – mainly Visa and MasterCard issued in their home country – and have no trouble spending money in their destination country.
It's the first time I've heard of something like that.
