I have seen friends lie to their wives just so they can keep on gambling. It's not really robbing from their wives because it is their salary, but they always keep some amount for their gambling problems and will just give what is left, promising that it is the only salary they received. A funny one though. My lil brother frequents a local sportsbook to play virtual soccer, on a particular day he was up by $50 and both of us agreed he is not going to the betting centre the next day and I even tipped him $10 to stay away from it. The most surprising thing of the matter is that there are several news about gambling addiction and how it is very bad and which I know most people would have read about. I have seen many gamblers who are addicted, some of them go as far as selling their own valuable properties, and use it to gamble, and to such an addicted gambler, you don't even try to entrust money to them because they will end up using the money for gambling instead of spending the money wisely.

In my childhood, I heard a story that a card player lost not only his property but also put his wife on the line. As a young girl, it was very difficult for me to understand how people get addicted to gambling, so much so that people lose their minds. This man was locked up in prison; as a result, he accumulated a lot of debts and began to cheat, which led his life to a complete decline. Now, reading the article, I have the same perplexity. I have never had such a story and hope to never have it. I have been in heavily addiction before yet never to the point to use wife money for my desire of gambling. There was a story about a man who left his two toddlers at home to go gamble at the casino. In my environment there was a married couple whose relationship was ruined by gambling. The husband lost everything, even his wife possessions of gold and some other valuables have been sold to fulfill his gambling passion. Debts are piling up everywhere and until now have not been paid off. Actually, cases like this are very common, but reading the incident you are making the topic here feels more sad to me. I didn't know what to say, what I thought was that the man was completely crazy for using the money that was supposed to be for treatment.

Bro doesn't care to the his wife's life. The better his wife to hire a lawyer, then take a legal divorce. A legal divorce may not be the best answer, but it's hard to cure her  husband when it comes to the situation her husband didn't care about her life due to addiction.
