I've done a lot of business with this guy, and he was always great to deal with.
Man, this really shook the entire forum.
I am very disappointed in him as well, worked on many occasion since 2018, never thought he could do something like this for money. Well he got what he deserved. Added him to my distrust list as well

It’s a condemnable act indeed for someone so revered and trusted to function in this capacity on behalf of the forum. These boards and actions exist to ensure the reputation of the forum is unquestionable elsewhere and for this to happen from a staff that should sort to clean and protect, it doesn’t project a positive image.
Just recent we find that Nutildah have being given the logs to give sig bans as a means of cleaning the forum as well as reducing spam, which shows the efforts being put in place to ensure the forum isn’t unruly and then we find a staff trying to by pass protocols which forms the very foundation blocks on which the forum’s reputation stands, that’s so uncool.
It might have taken a couple of months to discovery but, it’s still okay to find that Theymos did spring into action and evident to the case is documented for future reference while putting in place measures to prevent future occurances.

I saw this thread right after I switched my device. So, I couldn't write anything instantly. I see only a few people who distrusted him, and he is still DT2. I am quoting those who have sapta in their trust list. theymos, you need to remove him from your trust list as well. 10. robelneo Thank you for the callout, brother. I've removed him from my trustlist; I've worked with him on a lot of his projects, and it's disappointing to know what he did.

Otherwise, who else has benefits if the scam accusation thread is deleted?
After a cursory check, I see that the allegations are for fraud amounting to almost 7 million euros. Even if you spent 100,000 on bribes, you'll still benefit because, at a minimum, search engines won't index these threads and associate words like "Scam" with the brand name. Clearly it's organized by Winna, and they should be punished as well. We really don't need any other evidence when the moderator is caught with that shady behavior. I especially thank theymos for exposing that abused moderator; he might simply hide and restore all the threads. Instead, he publishes all the details of how moderators abuse the moderation system. Trust me, sometimes I wish to become a moderator on the scam accusation board. But I really don't like being there, at least on the scam accusation board. Because sometimes I fight with the gambling platform on behalf of victims. So if I become a moderator there, then I will lose the fighting power with scams; then I have to fight only with spammers. Someone should be there to push the gambling platform sometimes; otherwise, they will not care about the forum users.
I am not sure how much got from Winna to delete that thread; it's probably life-changing. Otherwise, he could earn a lot from the forum. From moderator rewards and campaigns as well. He just destroyed his reputation, which made him useless on the forum. However, it seems thymos tagged him. I am wondering is the moderator ID has banned? Because he just did not abuse the trust system, but he badly abused the forum system, from the forum side, that account should be banned as well as a forum punishment.

There's no way he stays in DT beyond the next 24 hours.
For the matter of removing him as DT is easy, I have done it myself. but the new problem is that accounts that have been given a single Negative Trust by him, those accounts have the potential to be back active and do as written in their references; there are bounty cheaters, etc. But I have already recorded the names.
Sad and very unfortunate, money can darken the eyes.
Haven't we all realized, if someone is faced with money matters, it will show his true nature. For months or even years we have been trying to eradicate all forms of cheating and fraud on this forum, now one of the moderators is doing it. It's a shame; I didn't expect this to happen to him.

The owner of Winna rubbed me the wrong way pretty early on. That's not normal behavior for a professional representative: Someone advertising for Betpanda can't be taken seriously in any kind of scam accusations threads.
I thought maybe you were going to explain how the cases were different and that's why you chose to pay out one value bettor but not the other. But the fact that you've chosen to ignore the discussion at hand to make the above statement is quite telling and now I'm thinking no one should have too much confidence about the future of your business.

Why don't you tell us the name of the moderator? It is probably not that hard to find the name since you said you removed him/her. Maybe their's more investigations that's going on to figure out people behind the act...And i think that keeping it private is nice, maybe later run we can know the mod involve on our own... That seems weird to me. You gotta choose them staff people more carefully at the very least.
If you cross check, you will know that the selected staffs are good one's, if the staffs in this community are 100 in numbers, the bad ones is not up to 5 in numbers....Actually what you said is correct, but the thing is that you can't predict human being 100% good, their most be atoms of change, weakness and corruption in human being when time goes on...

Mine was one of the threads that got deleted. A lot of users told me the scam accusation thread had gone unmoderated and that it was probably my fault for breaking some rule, lmao. It was pretty clear that the moderator had some shady interest in cleaning Winna’s name, but there are also plenty of users here with the same attitude — probably incentivized somehow. You tell them Winna scammed you, show screenshots, provide further evidence, and somehow it is either Betby’s fault or your own. They are very reluctant to condemn Winna’s actions. The red flags were ignored, even with all the evidence we provided. They are scammers, they are confiscating funds, and it very much looks like they may be carrying out an exit scam. And lastly, their license provider also seems fraudulent. Once you file a complaint, nothing happens. Winna does not reply, and neither do they. Everything related to Winna is shady as hell. I have received several testimonials from people who contacted me on Telegram, saying they had between €2,000 and €3,000 confiscated without any explanation. If you lose, everything is fine. But if you win, they keep your money. Honestly, this is a scandal and it should be exposed on X.
Hey everyone,
We were surprised to learn about this situation. Winna did not instruct or authorize anyone to pay for the removal of forum posts or scam accusations.
In each of the referenced cases, we have publicly responded with our side of the situation and explained why we disagree with the version of events presented in the respective accusation. We therefore had no reason to seek the removal of these discussions.
We are now reviewing our relationships with external agencies and contractors to determine whether any third party may have acted independently and without our approval. We take this matter seriously and will cooperate with the forum administration where necessary.
You have not answered anything. My thread remains unanswered, and you deliberately stayed silent throughout all our claims. You ignored the evidence, avoided giving any explanation, and failed to address the confiscated funds. This is unacceptable. You're criminals and you'll be paying for it sooner or later.

We may never know the full story here. Yes, the ex-mod admitted taking bribes for his dirty work, which obviously points to a shady casino as the main culprit. But are they really that stupid? Did they honestly think this would not catch up to them and bite them in the ass sooner or later? Also, how would they even know who to contact? I think theymos is completely right not to jump to conclusions just yet. Why don't you tell us the name of the moderator? It is probably not that hard to find the name since you said you removed him/her. Maybe their's more investigations that's going on to figure out people behind the act...And i think that keeping it private is nice, maybe later run we can know the mod involve on our own... ~ Read the thread, dude!

^ Woa! This is first flag I have ever supported (not sure if it means much though) and I have done so due to the Nutildah's comment above [1] rather than thread (I am great, ain't I). I would never trust funds to an entity with rep attitude like that. C'mon at least pretend.

Seeing a moderator actually be held accountable for bad behavior goes a long way towards restoring faith in my opinion. Lauda is the only moderator I’m aware of that was ever punished for bad behavior, and that took getting him to sign a message proving his behavior after countless incidents.

Looking at how long winna has been on the forum, would they have known the limits/power's moderator's have on the forum ..am certain there is another player in this picture that could have brokered this. And instead of going through the naturally process of settling disputes like all other entities, how did this end up on Sapta's door 🚪, unless Sapta himself initiated this whole transaction...

they think we are stupid. Also, how would they even know who to contact?
could be the other way around, he contacted them, or it was someone who knows someone, or... or... there are a lot of unanswered questions. i wish @sapta would at least show up here and answer them. I think theymos is completely right not to jump to conclusions just yet.
i might be a little biased since i don't like winna one bit, but i think it's beyond reasonable doubt that winna is behind this, they are the only ones who benefit from deleting those scam accusations. unless, and this is a big MAYBE, someone who really hates winna has gone thru all this trouble to do a false flag on them to ruin their reputation, but thinking like that is close to conspiracy theories shit.

I agree with you, even when he has gotten the best position that others want, he is abusing that position for negativity that is completely forbidden. Not only was he cursed, but the people on the Indonesian board felt embarrassed when their senior Moderator committed such a despicable act. When the local board of Indonesia needs active people and more support from moderators and merit sources (I hope our merit source application will be reviewed by theymos),
bribery cases involving Indonesian moderators like this make me feel embarrassed myself. Now we only have 1 Moderator and staff, namely dbshck, hopefully he will remain active and remain a good moderator. I also didn't expect this case.

What a shameful situation for that corrupt moderator. He will certainly stop showing up here on the forum. I've read several people saying that " this breaks trust". I have a completely opposite opinion. This only increases confidence in believing that the system works. They might say: it took 3 months. Yes, logically, it's not enough to have one alert for someone you've trusted for many years to immediately become suspicious. Things take time to analyze or to realize that there is suspicious activity. That's because many of these topics were created by newcomers who apparently didn't dwell on the subject much. But the day comes when someone will insist on the matter and trigger all the alarm bells, as happened. Being a forum moderator is no easy task (I know very well what that's like), but it requires rigor and professionalism, as well as avoiding favoritism, which is not always easy. Therefore, I encourage all current moderators: do not be shaken by this situation. Do not begin to distrust one another. If something strange happens, talk to each other and try to help one another. Don't be afraid to talk about things with each other, always in a respectful manner. Good job, moderation team! Once again, Bitcointalk has shown that it's a place where those who try to deceive others will not succeed.
