Honestly a lot of persons accumulate debt during this period because they were not lucky, I am really happy for Op that he got lucky in the process though, because after the game a lot of people cried in pain for their loss because they risk huge amount of money in bet, I have come to understand that some risk are not worth taken especially in things that does not guarantee a refund or winning just play and hope for the best is not something anyone should risk somuch for, even if a person must take a risk in cases like this it should be followed smartly that is; risk as little as possible so in worst case scenario the person will not be shaken due to loss.

I believe that (considering the current state of the market) a significant percentage of bettors are actually seeking to get singnificant Yields from their bets, instead of seeing all this as a form of entertainment.

It's fun indeed, because Arsenal that we know before is not reliable and consistence in their performance, but they made a new leaf this year season we just concluded, so we are going to see as well if they could maintain such in this new season or not, but I wish that everything remain as on track for Arsenal this new season and they should even do more better than before so as to achieve their main targets, of course placing your bet in this direction will only just be for fun because there is no certainty to winning in this regard even though anything is possible to happen.

Why wouldn't people want to gamble on something that they know that they at least have some kind of control on how things play out, we clearly can't control the sport but our decisions are just based completely on luck, we've watched these teams playing before and we know what they can do and how they affect eachother, it doesn't have to be 100% but it's still better than the supposed 50/50 chance we have with others which really isn't 50/50.

When you are lucky, you will end up making a profit, but I will not say that it will be your strategy that will lead you to make a profit from gambling. Just as you said Arsenal will be your favorite team to go for, what if Arsenal ends up messing up next season? In fact, see what happened last season. In the last two seasons, Liverpool was in their best form, but last season their form dropped seriously, to the point that even matches we expected them to win, they lost or drew.So, in that case, it means you will continue experiencing losses. Even Manchester City see what happened to them. There are periods when they find it hard to win a match for an entire month. If someone faces like three losses, it will be hard to recover those losses because the odds for favorite teams are always small, making it difficult to make a profit.So, what I am trying to say is that just because you were able to make a profit from the World Cup tournament with a strategy doesn't mean it will likely work in the league.

The choice of following up on a particular team and gambling on the team throughout a season is a nice idea, i did that 2 seasons ago and also made profit, it was Man city i chose in the premier league and i made huge profit with them, if you study carefully you will observe that in several major world leagues the first and second position teams always win their matches or on worse scenarios they draw, two seasons ago when i chose Man city i could count very few loses in their games, the rest was either they win or draw, what i did was use a large stake and always play them either win or draw, the odd was low most times but it kept me on a steady winning streak almost throughout the season, i could count just a few loses and this strategy kept me in profit throughout the season. It's too simplistic a strategy to bet only on the victory of one of the leaders of the championship. Any team has downturns, player injuries, and other circumstances that can lead to unexpected results. Therefore, before each match, you need to analyze the game of both teams, and not just bet on the leader.
