Yesterday I watched the match between Dinamo and NEC and was honestly disappointed with the performance of the Croatian club.
Honestly, Dinamo got to 4 points in this competition with a lot of luck, because their goalkeeper was regularly their best player and the opposing teams missed great chances to score.
This time, Dinamo was unlucky and deservedly lost.
Considering the schedule until the end of this competition and the strength of the opponents, as well as the current form of the Dinamo team, I am not optimistic that Dinamo will advance to the knockout stage of the competition.

I was sure that Dinamo had this game when they came back from 0:1 to 2:1, but then it was a total disaster in the second half. Around the 60th minute, it was clear that somehow NEC's players were fresher and faster—not even a few subs from Dinamo's bench helped. All in all, Dinamo was defeated fair and square. But I can say that it is a shame, and now the playoffs, as you mentioned, are looking farther and farther away. Maybe they can beat Sturm at home, but in the other matches, I don't believe they will grab a point in any of them. They will definitely be short by a point from qualifying.

Maignan definitely let his team down, he was far too aggressive in his challenge against a Bournemouth player. Just because you’re inside the goalkeeper’s area doesn’t mean you’re allowed to push an opponent in the face with your hands. But look at it from the other side, Bournemouth were already leading 1–0, and they’re a team that defends very well, so what Maignan did essentially cost Milan any chance of equalizing and picking up at least a point from this match, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Milan would have been able to turn things around if it hadn’t been for the red card.

Attitude do help us in games. If a player is able to control his anger and also his emotion on the pitch, I believe he can start from somewhere. AC Milan keeper, Maignan getting a red card was not expected and this alone cost his team 3 points. They were short to 10men and they couldn't press rather they kept defending against aggressive Bournemouth who want nothing but 3 solid points. At the end, Bournemouth ended AC Milan winning streak and this is another opportunity for the Rissoneri to hold on and build back because they know exactly how they're able to reciprocate. Winning is very important for a team like AC Milan and we know how they've being fighting but is their best good enough? I don't think so because they got dominated by the English side.

Beşiktaş started the match well, but had a poor start to the second half. Following some substitutions, they managed to bring the score to 2-2. Ümit Akdağ received a red card, marking a difficult beginning to his Beşiktaş career.

You are right the substitute Besiktas did on 64 minutes made a significant improvement on the club because if they hadn't brought Junior Olaitan that moment the draw wouldn't have happened and Besiktas could have probably loss the match with addition conceding because the consistency of Crystal Palace within the period of there two goals was strong enough for them to break Besiktas the third time, perhaps if not that crystal Palace goals was almost scored at the same time Besiktas coach would have made that substitute more early to stop the second goal.

A shocking result but I think Juventus should be proud of it considering how bad they are at the moment. One thing I noticed with Spalleti is that he's probably yet to discover his best team, all I see is trial and error. Aside his own personal mistake, Kolo Muani is adding to his problem to make things worse. I think what happened to him in the world cup final against Argentina is still affecting him and that's why he's been unstable every time he's playing. Juventus could have actually bought a whole better midfield with the money they spent on bringing him. That dude unfortunately seems irrecoverable.

It’s better to look at the squad as a whole rather than focusing on a single player, though there’s nothing wrong with doing so. With a number of players out, this could hinder Spalletti’s efforts to build what the Turin public has long been hoping for. I’m not defending Spalletti, because the team hasn’t shown any improvement in Serie A either. Two wins in four home games—that’s not a good record.
Sometimes, when betting, you shouldn’t be tempted by odds that make a team like Juventus the favorite over a team like Rennes, which isn’t. When they have to fight extra hard just to earn a draw, to me that’s not a good sight when playing in front of their own fans.

Even if Milan hadn’t been reduced to 10 men, Bournemouth would have won the match. They were already ahead in the game. The red card made things easier for them. It was a huge disappointment for Milan. As poorly as Bournemouth is doing in the Premier League, they’re doing just as well in the Europa League. They beat Sunderland in the league. They may have turned things around now.

I doubt Bournemouth would have placed such importance on this match if their opponent hadn't been Milan. After all, how often in their history would Bournemouth ever get to face a club like Milan? I can imagine just how focused the players were on the pitch; this might well be a match they’ll tell their grandchildren about one day. The fact that they won makes it all the more significant.
Generally speaking, Premier League teams don’t attach much importance to this competition at this stage.
They tend to approach matches with greater focus only once they reach the quarter-finals or semi-finals.
This marks Milan’s second defeat in the UEFA Europa League. Their next match is against Ferencváros in Milan, and I expect that to be a difficult game as well.
Ultimately, Milan’s primary objective is the league title; they have no real ambition to succeed in the UEFA Europa League.

Brighton really messed up, i wasn't expecting this their scoreline with their position in Premier League table. I can't believe that upon all their performance in Premier league, coming to Europea conference and displayed this rubbish they just did yesterday. It seems this bookmakers are using this odds to deceived us, how can 17.50 played draw with 1.19 odds? The worst is they're the only clubs that played barren draw among all the matches that played yesterday i felt so bad because they're the one that cut my ticket, now they'll come to English football and show how strong they're by winning some big clubs in England.

I often hear it that a club massively disappointed despite doing well in their local league. I guess we should understand that local league performance doesn't translate to external competitions. This has been proven many times, and more reason why clubs like Man City and other top clubs would not be able to play the final of many lower competitions compared to EPL. Now about yesterday match, Brighton didn't disappoint as such, but Jablonec was a very defensive club, which I would rather commend than blame Brighton outrightly.

I was surprised to see this scoreline and performance from AC Milan against Bournemouth. Ruben Amorim has got some more work to do in the team. I think that they undermined Bournemouth from the beginning which was why Bournemouth took them by surprise. Maigan already made 4 saves in 27 minutes before his red card while Gregorio was shielded completely for 90 minutes. Ruben Amorim needs a serious work on the defence line to minimise their errors leading to goals. AC Milan looked in form before this game and I'm sure no one expected them to loose 3:0.

This match was really unexpected, I expected a tough fight in this match like Juventus match and Besiktas match. But it was very easy for Bournemouth, they didn't care about AC Milan. After such a shameful defeat Ruben Amorim is under a lot of pressure now, the team is not doing well at all after he took charge.

I am also not satisfied with the result of Hoffenheim vs Lyon match, I expected a tough fight in this match too. But the French club was defeated very badly by the German club.

In my opinion, this result was due to the senseless errors made by Milan’s defenders I have no idea why on earth they were doing such unnecessary things. First, there was the penalty: only six minutes into the match, during a corner kick, a Milan player handled the ball. Honestly, it was easily avoidable, yet he still touched the ball with his hand, resulting in a penalty and that’s how Milan conceded the first goal.



The consequence of this serious error was that Milan conceded the opening goal. Even after falling behind, Milan continued to play in a carefree manner, showing little effort to score an equalizer until another mistake occurred, this time involving a Milan defender. On this occasion, the error was far more severe and also involved the Milan goalkeeper. Anyone looking at this would see:



The Milan goalkeeper didn't need to do that; I’m not even sure if these Milan players intended to win this match, because these kinds of mistakes don't seem like the sort of errors professional players would make if they were taking the game seriously. The fact is, there were two unnecessary blunders that led to Milan's defeat. Perhaps the coach will have a word with those two players later on.

Yes I completely agree with you. Many may think that Milan could not do much or attack in this match because they got red cards. But if we look at the beginning, we can see that Milan could not do much and it was very difficult for Milan to reach Bournemouth's midfield. They faced many problems in this match and maybe that is why they faced such a result.

However, we expected a lot from Milan in this match. I thought that we would see a lot of fight in this match and the match would probably be a draw. But Milan could not do anything as per my expectations.

From this we can see the weaknesses of Amorin's tactics since the past when faced with Premier League teams. You can see how dominant he was in the Europa League while coaching Man United, but in the final they lost to Tottenham another Premier League team. And now Milan also lost to Bournemouth. Bournemouth 3-0 win over Milan is really surprising because a bottom EPL team managed to beat a top Serie A team even though Milan has 7 UCL trophies.

It can be concluded that teams from the EPL are really competitive, to the point that even lower table clubs can beat strong teams. Ordinary EPL clubs even Bournemouth are currently not doing well in the EPL but can still compete with strong teams. Sure Milan got a red card but even before the red card, Bournemouth was already leading 1-0.

Sunderland vs Poznan, the home team look very consistent with their performances this season, but I don’t think they should be a problem for Sunderland considering that Leverkusen was able to thrashed them 0-4 away from home in the last game.

Sunderland actually played from away not home. However, the match ended 1:1 draw as Pozman couldn't allow a defeat in their own home. Sunderland tried all they could to add another goal in the second half after they score one goal in the first half but there was a resistance in the defense of Pozman which made it harder for Sunderland to penetrate. Matches and teams are different so you shouldn't have used because Bayern Leverkusen trashed Pozman 4:0 and think that Sunderland will enjoy same privilege. The match is over now, we move on to the next games and see how they will perform.

I didn’t mentioned that Sunderland was the home team. Poznan look very consistent with their performance, I mean they should not be underrated. However, despite with that, I didn’t expect Sunderland to draw the game. I expected the both teams to score, but didn’t expect them to draw. Sunderland win the first half with the early goal, but the second half less more different. Poznan pressed them to ensure they secured a point at home.

Sunderland lost their league game, I thought that would motivate them to go into the game with a winning mentality. It’s obvious that even Leverkusen will beat Sunderland in this tournament. That was the same team Leverkusen destroyed by 4 goals, when it was Sunderland turned to do the same thing, they scored one goal and failed to score another.

The game was actually quite unbelievable; I never believed that Bournemouth would beat AC Milan with such a huge number of goals. Though I think the red card made it easier for Bournemouth, even before that they were already putting in a massive performance from the beginning of the game.

Realistically speaking, NEC is currently a club in a major crisis; they haven’t won a match in two months.
Given Dinamo’s schedule in this competition and the strength of their remaining opponents, NEC was objectively the easiest rival—a team Dinamo simply had to beat if they hoped to advance to the knockout stage.
This match laid bare all of Dinamo’s weaknesses; conceding four goals against an opponent of this caliber speaks volumes about the team’s defensive performance—and in such a situation, even Beljo’s goals aren’t enough to save the day.
Unfortunately, I'm not optimistic regarding Dinamo's future results in this competition.

Before the game started i was thinking that Beşiktaş can't stand a chance against Crystal Palace but when they scored in the first half i was really impressed and even when Crystal Palace almost got a comeback, Beşiktaş still managed to level the score. Though they almost ruined the match by getting a red card towards the ending minutes but they stood solid till the final whistle was blown by the referee.

Celtic is not much of a difficult team so I will be expecting Beşiktaş to win that match. Beşiktaş is yet to lose a game in the Europa League games so they need to continue with that spirit. Celtic hasn't won any match I don't think Besiktas will become their prey.

The number of draws in the Italian league is relatively high, maybe they could have ended with a win.

I totally agree with you, because Bournemouth started the game very well and they were playing better than Milan before the red card. They were even a goal up. Another example of this is Sunderland. They’ve earned 7 points in 3 matches. When we look at the Premier League, they’re in last place. They’ve lost 4 games in a row and won only once in their last 7 matches. Even the last place team in the Premier League can compete for a top 8 spot in the Europa League. Premier League is truly on a whole different level.

It’s no surprise that one of them English teams is a favorite every year. Crystal Palace was the last year's Conference League champion, they are now one of the favorites in the Europa League. Even though they haven’t collected many points in their first 3 matches, they’re still a strong team. But if you look at the Premier League table, they’re only in 14th place.

It's safe to say that you've already seen the effect that the switch of managers has made in the current season for this team from Milan. While undefeated in the league, several draws prove the directness of the new approach on the pitch. Series of losses in Europe shows the problems of the current tactics in the locker room.

The terrible loss to Bournemouth was an eye opener about the difference in class between English and Italian football. The champions were unable to handle the aggressiveness of the opponent and conceded easily.

How can you say this, AC Milan wouldn't have lost that match if not for that red card believe it or not. Have you checked the performance of AC Milan after Amorim took over the managerial role of the team? Have you also checked AC Milan's performance when it comes to European competitions. What gave Bournemouth confidence is the red card that AC Milan had. I know that Bournemouth also have good forwards that scores for them but both teams would have scored each other had it been there was no red card involved. The red card slowed AC Milan and they couldn't even manage with the 10 men because the vacuum that was created after the red card was very obvious and if AC Milan had attacked, they would have possibly conceded more goals than the 3 they conceded.
