Shuffle.com Refuse to Pay 400$

What happened:
I have a problem with Shuffle.com . I created an account at Shuffle.com, I made some deposits, and withdraws, no problem - deposits (https://ibb.co/b5Qk9m45) and withdraws (https://ibb.co/9k9h2xFk). Until last 2 withdraws, was no problem, withdraws instant that was a + for Shuffle.com

He ask me KYC verification, send ID, proof of address, all was good - https://ibb.co/HZkW2Vx

I send a message at Support, and Shuffle said me that need manual review for another team. My question, is so long time to check all docs, that was approved already? Tomorrow will be one week, I have ask for verification and other sites like Stake.com, but KYC verification was 2 days... not one week, and this is message from support: "Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. We are unable to provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed; however, we will reach out to you once this has been completed or if we require any additional information."

I’m asking you: is it normal to wait this long? I don't want to make unfair accusations—perhaps I'll receive the money? Is there a representative on this forum?

Basing it solely on what I've seen on the scam accusation board on this forum, it's common to see casinos take a week or more when verifying KYC submitted by gamblers. I am not saying it's normal or anything, just that it's what I've seen a lot. So, probably give it a bit more time, they might update you soon again and release the funds if nothing is flagged.

Sorry for the inconveniences, if I could recall correctly I know that this site ran a signature campaign over here or if at all they are not still running it.
From my little knowledge I have been seeing @holydarkness holding most of this cases over here, I can’t guarantee you of him solving the problem but I think he may likely have a contact to the gambling site. I quoted him so that he could respond here, and if he has their contact he may likely asked you for some details which he would use to reach out to them.

Ok However, OP I will advise you to give them another one week let see if they can be done with the verification, maybe the people in charge in the verification are the ones actually causing the delay and maybe because of too many work on their table, so you need to be patient a little bit.

It's a complicated situation. From what I saw on Trustpilot, since March they've had scam accusations against them every month. But strangely, the number of accusations this July is very high, something abnormal, there were 21 scam accusations, and they responded to 11. These accusations could be false or legitimate, and I don't know if they resolved them. But at least they responded to more than 30% of the accusations of the month of July. So you can try your luck and post on Trustpilot to see if they respond and resolve your problem.

Don’t give up. Nowadays it’s hard to get a reply from the casino; on the forum they almost don’t reply. Regarding mail support, wait for their response. I can’t understand your frustration, but you have to handle it with patience. Please add your username to the main thread and send a message to holydarkness, as he asked for that. He might have connections with the Shuffle. Don’t force him; he isn’t a team member. He is voluntarily helping you.

Also try to raise concern with mediators as other members already suggested. Provide all the evidence there if necessary. Shuffle has to comply with mediators, although they don’t reply on the forum.

This morning I sent again an email, and surprise, they answered. They asked me for a new check, Liveness Check, which I completed and which appears as verified (completed). I sent again an email when my withdraws will be paid and they answer me with this: Thank you. Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. We are unable to provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed however we will reach out to you once this has been completed or if we require any additional information.

Let's hope it doesn't take another 10 days...
